Beautiful and welcoming structure, enchanting location, excellent lunch in the company of the Arnone family. Very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Experience to repeat!

Very nice and welcoming place, with swimming pool, lots of greenery and a small play area for children. Unfortunately, however, we found the person who took the order very tired and confused. As soon as we sat down, we asked for 5 minutes to read the menu and the response was "I'LL TELL YOU OTHERWISE WE'LL NEVER ORDER". He recommended a tasting menu which then became à la carte, then he advised us to start eating the first courses and then see if we wanted the second courses, finally we paid à la carte choosing him for us and therefore paying slightly more than the tasting menu but by eating less, and it was really a shame because we ate really well. I hope it was a misunderstanding, although thinking that 9 of them understood wrong is a bit difficult. One thing I would correct, the drinks being excluded from the menu seemed like a strange choice to me, but it is written on the menu and it is the law. However, I would like to repeat that everything was really good, worth trying. Price around €30 per person.

We went for dinner: excellent service, education and professionalism from the waiters. Excellent food and sublime grilled meat. Also tried the roast lamb: it melted in your mouth.

Small but well-kept swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. The only flaw was the presence of many bees, wasps and hornets which forced us to leave early for fear of being stung. Lunch was good.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'agriturismo Castagneto per spezzare il nostro viaggio verso la Calabria ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. L'agriturismo è in mezzo al verde, ha una bellissima piscina e giardino. Camere confortevoli, fresche e silenziose. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato all'agriturismo che ci ha deliziato con piatti genuini a km0. E' veramente un'oasi di pace e di bontà. La gentilezza dei gestori e di tutto lo staff è la ciliegina sulla torta.

We stayed at the Castagneto farmhouse to break up our journey to Calabria and it was a pleasant discovery. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, has a beautiful swimming pool and garden. Comfortable, fresh and quiet rooms. We had lunch and dinner at the farmhouse which delighted us with genuine local dishes. It is truly an oasis of peace and goodness. The kindness of the managers and all the staff is the icing on the cake.

Abbiamo prenotato su consiglio del nostro B&B . Siamo stati accolti dal maitre di sala come se fossimo di casa , con empatia e calore che fanno sempre piacere . Antipasto della casa con prodotti locali , genuini e freschissimi con una nota di eccellenza : fettine di lingua bollita e marinate, da intenditori . Agnello al forno con potate cucinato alla perfezione ma soprattutto un caciocavallo grigliato con uovo di rinforzo in un trionfo di peperoni cruschi che mi ha fatto tornare ragazzino (mio padre era del vallo di diano ). Il rosso della casa ha accompagnato piacevolmente il tutto . Prezzo adeguato . Molto consigliato
