Very nice, relaxing, clean, food OK. Rooms are comfortable, a real agriturismo, with the right garden, nice (well maintained) swimming pool. Food is prepared daily, you eat what they decide to do (and all is fresh and good). Price is fair.

After a couple of years from the first review, I confirm the 5 stars. We have been to this place several times for lunch with friends, excellent food, delicious recipes and quality products. The green space outside is beautiful, large and well-kept with games to entertain the children. Also highly recommended for ceremonies, we chose it for our children's communion and we always had a great time. Family run, everyone is always polite and very helpful. Highly recommended.

L'endroit est parfait pour une soirée tranquille. Vous asseoir à la magnifique terrasse surplombant la piscine vous détend. Il y a un menu fixe avec des produits de qualité bien préparés.

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience. The welcoming atmosphere, the courteous and helpful staff, and the comfortable rooms made my stay optimal. Breakfast and dinner include good, refined dishes, with the staff paying particular attention to intolerances. I would recommend this structure above all for the care it takes towards the customer!

Tutto veramente top: location, servizi, stanza, colazione. Struttura nuova e tenuta benissimo, con particolare attenzione alla pulizia di ogni ambiente. Accoglienza calorosa e personale cordiale, sempre attente alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo.

A real shame, the place is beautiful and has just been renovated, large and luxurious rooms, TV with all the channels and YouTube etc., the staff is very kind, both who received us in the afternoon a boy and who was there in the morning a gentleman much more adult, perhaps the father. Unfortunately, however, the problems came to light already with the exorbitant prices for dinner and the owner should not tell me as in a review that the prices are relative because it is enough to list what was served to us. A cutting board for 2.15 euros but it wasn't even for one, I'm a chef and at least we take care that people have at least and I mean at least 4 slices each, instead they bring us a normal sized plate with 2 slices of raw ham, two of salami, two pieces of loin and two microscopic pieces of pecorino cheese and two pieces of primo sale with half a cream of honey and fig compote. Come on!!!?? We are in Ciociaria let me taste ALL your typical products and let me taste them well, in fact the dish was plain and deliberately filled with 3 flowers and 4 almonds but who eats flowers? I'm hungry at 8:30 in the evening and I want to taste typical local products and in fact I would have expected more compotes and different fruit and also honey which I didn't even taste as it looked. They then brought tagliolini to my 12 year old daughter with a simple tomato and basil, but already at the first bite she said that those, besides not being tagliolini, were noodles, they were raw but my wife, knowing that our daughter has a good mouth, forced her to eat 2 more bites. In the end, after many complaints, given that the cutting board had left me empty, I took on the burden of eating these blessed tagliolini and as a chef I immediately noticed that in addition to clearly being noodles they are raw inside and out and the sauce is water and as a complement to the dish there were three drops of basil or maybe pesto but really bad. Ouch then the boy-owner wants to say I'm a special flour seeee, the little girl was sick all night. Not to mention the chicory which was just boiled and therefore hard and raw and cooked with nothing, but how do you serve boiled chicory? At checkout the guy-owner says aho, I took them off, huh? Oh thank you but with what conscience do you make me pay for them and luckily because for 8 of us for 2 cutting boards 2 first courses and 2 side dishes and a cut 110 euros😨😨😨to die of hunger and colic well...change the chef. We didn't sleep a wink at night because the motor of the pump that gives heat to the water was attached to the wall outside our room. In the morning we saw it and understood, we pointed it out to the older owner and apart from telling us, well, you're right, it's exactly adjacent to your room it's true I have to put insulating panels, he didn't change our room by putting us close and in the same complex as my brothers-in-law because it was occupied in the evening. But come on, you've already made a mess with dinner, satisfy me with the room, give mine to them which is huge and I'll put myself in a smaller one but I'm sleeping. But no, unfortunately breakfast in the morning is also fine: 4 croissants, 4 crêpes, 4 pancakes, a cake, a tart and that's it. But how? All of Ciociaria in front of biscuits, gingerbread wine etc. That my grandmother and my aunt made by hand and instead you like dinner if the stuff ran out in 4 hours to get more out? Even at dinner 3 hours just for cutting boards but come on?
