We had dinner last night at this little place, which overlooks a panoramic terrace surrounded by nature, and we rediscovered their traditional Sardinian dishes, made locally.
The service was fast and super pleasant, and you can also choose the set menu option, which ranges from a variety of appetizers to three main courses, culminating in the delicious porceddu with potatoes.

Beautiful place immersed in the setting of the Sardinian land. We ventured on the advice of others and... wow!
We immediately felt at ease. They know how to do their job. And then the food! Tasting menu... but where?!!! We left with a big belly! But let's go in order. Appetizers with local cold cuts, sweet and sour vegetables, local specialties (sweet and sour suckling pig, pork livers, olives) including, don't blame me if I don't remember the name, a kind of puree of flour and other alchemical ingredients, accompanied by honey... in short, the end of the world!
We continued with gnocchetti al ragù (good), zuppa alla gallurese (a lasagna made of layers of bread soaked in broth, tasty and special), and ravioli stuffed with something super (delicious and fresh). We close with the porcetto or incorrectly called porceddu, they explain everything to you, with that rind that I usually wouldn't eat even under torture but that made like this seems like crunching crispy bacon chips! Obviously you get to the end that you are full but they allowed us to take away the leftovers ready for take away.
Prices not honest, more for what you eat and above all for a quality that you don't find everywhere.

We had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. Despite being early, we received a very friendly and welcoming welcome. We had the menu, which was explained to us in English. This is a delicious introduction to Sardinian cuisine. The house wine (red) was also excellent. A wonderful evening with excellent food.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per trascorrere il pranzo di Pasqua.
Menù completo a prezzo fisso dall’antipasto al dolce.
Tutto buono e caratteristico della Gallura. Molto buoni i secondi: ed una lode al porcetto, alla
Salsiccia e al brasato di black angus, tutto a km O. Per quanto riguarda i primi, ottima la zuppa gallurese e i gnocchetti fatti a mano ma , a mio gusto un po’ meno i ravioli: troppo spessi e dolciastri.
Per essere Pasqua, avrei gradito un dolce diverso dalla classica pardula magari tipico della festività.
Una Loda va ad Ottavio, che con la sua esperienza, attenzione verso il cliente e professionalità, ci ha accolti e coccolati.

Siamo stati all’ agriturismo Candela per provare il menù con la loro carne di black angus. Però una volta arrivati decidiamo, essendo in quattro, di prendere 2 menù degustazione e due a base di angus. Che dire… tutto molto buono, i salumi, tutti gli antipasti caldi e freddi, i tradizionali ravioli, chjusoni, la zuppa gallurese, il maialetto. Ma la vera sorpresa è stata la carne, per due ci hanno consigliato una T-bone da circa 1,5 kg, cottura rigorosamente al sangue…top. Se siete amanti della carne alla griglia, andateci e provatela. Sarete inoltre accolti da Rita e Gianmario che vi faranno sentire a casa, e al tavolo sarete “travolti” dalla simpatia di Ottavio!!!
