Found by chance as an alternative to a fully booked refuge. An unexpected experience, immersed in healthy and well-kept nature, a welcoming atmosphere, and a special menu and service. Prices are reasonable, though medium-high. The only drawback is the lack of a menu at the table: the verbal options are numerous and well-described, but difficult to remember and choose.

Surrounded by greenery, Mirella and Luigi are continually improving this restaurant, where the raw materials are exceptional and expertly prepared. Excellent Trentino wines. Every time we stop by, we return to enjoy the specialties prepared with love and skill.

A truly great experience, excellent 0 km raw materials, excellent choice of wines of the territory, beautiful environment and excellent service. Only note, wine enthusiasts like me love studying the wine list... Maybe even a menu for those who can't memorize the various proposals told by the passionate owner ;)

22/08/2025: The impression is that the place is more interested in providing a genuinely organic/vegetarian/vegan experience than in flavorful dishes. Part of the problem is that foods like the carasau bread lasagna, left in the pan, lose their texture and become spoon-fed. The wait times are considerable, considering the food is already pre-made. The price varies based on the number of choices (like scoops of ice cream, for example, but without the cone getting bigger...). On the plus side, the place is pleasant and the pizza served as bread is very tasty.
08/08/2025: The menu varies daily. Affordable semi-fixed prices: from €9 for a single-serving dish to €15 for a four-serving dish (cover charge not included).

15/08/2025: I fell in love with this place years ago. The welcome, courtesy, and friendliness of the owner and her daughters (whose names I don't remember) is unique to me. The food, I'd say, is excellent! The cabbage gnocchi are unforgettable, the cured meat exquisite. Once I wanted a change, I chose a pizza...I'll always remember it. Thank you so much, I hope to visit you again soon.
