Limited food although good, but too expensive for what they offer

We have been frequenting San Martino di Castrozza and its surroundings for years, I must say the only place truly worthy of note. It deserves the guide's green star, but knowing Luigi I don't think he cares that much. For those who think of spending €25 each (in 2024/2025 I don't think these are acceptable prices except in a pizzeria) they can easily change "agriturismo". Here Luigi and Mirella prepare everything! Time, work both outside in the garden and in the vineyards, and inside the kitchen... for us even too honest for the preparations you find in the dishes. The much-vaunted price menu is posted outside, on the balcony, before entering. Always seen there! Just watch and read :)

We have been going for a few years to savor their dishes made with a lot of passion. I have to make a reminder to the manager and that is: he can put the price he wants for each course but he must absolutely give a menu with the prices. He cannot list dishes by declaring which products they are prepared with and the customer does not know how much he will find as a surprise on the bill!!!! Then it seems to me that it is mandatory to give the customer the menu with the prices. It can happen that I eat in a nice place but nothing special and then the surprise. To close, I ask you to display the menu with the prices as it would be very, very correct

High-end farmhouse that offers truly good and well-presented dishes and combinations. Family atmosphere with courteous and attentive staff. We waited a while but it was worth it. Super recommended

It was a wonderful dining experience. the risotto, the venison, the dumplings... The only flaw is the totally absent display of prices. (They should be exposed by LAW).

This farmhouse managed with love and great passion is a truly memorable experience of Trentino aromas and flavors. The menu is an explosion of taste with 4 choices per course, all special and interesting. Hearing them narrated by the owner gives you the opportunity to appreciate the research and quality behind each dish, but personally it puts me in a bit of difficulty in choosing. However, the complete menu with prices is displayed at the entrance and perhaps I could have read it before entering. In any case we selected an appetizer with exquisite char and trout, two first courses (tagliatelle with mountain pine with space chanterelles and a very particular "crushed" dumpling), two second courses (deer stew and the three Trentino meats, both tasty and rich in mountain scents) and concluded with an unforgettable herb ice cream, while the pear strudel convinced me less due to the pastry which remains a little dry. Great advice for wine. The environment is welcoming and we spent a pleasant anniversary. I highly recommend.
