I was visiting San Marino and also visiting the beautiful village of Verrucchio, I looked for a good place to eat well, and so it was, for those who like home-made and abundant cuisine, here you can't go wrong, excellent staff and the owners are always kind and helpful, excellent and abundant food, shame not to have time to taste the whole menu I hope to return, thank you very much we had a good time like in family

We arrived at 10 pm on a Saturday in early August without a reservation, and Giada and her staff warmly welcomed us and quickly set up a table for six. The atmosphere was lovely, with customers of all types and nationalities, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, the wines were good, and the prices were fair. Giada made our evening special by telling us the story of Acque Salate and her family, transporting us to a Romagna we thought had long since disappeared. A place we'll return to and recommend to anyone to stop by for an evening or even just a short break.

Here you can savor the spirit of Romagna in every sense, starting with the always warm and enveloping welcome to continue with a superb cuisine where you can rediscover the authentic flavors of this region. When we pass by these parts, we live about a hundred kilometers away, stopping at Acque Salate has become a consolidated habit. By now, we have fully explored their menus, which naturally vary with the seasons, and we have always savored exceptional cuisine, from pizzas, to piadinas, to first courses, to always tasty and tender meats. This review refers to a recent dinner, where we indulged in "the pleasures of Meat", starting with a superb tartare and a dry and crunchy mixed fry, to conclude with a tender and tasty sliced ​​steak accompanied by a nice plate of grilled vegetables. A couple of baskets of very hot piadina, freshly made, replaced the bread to honor the traditions of Rimini. Everything was excellent and plentiful, so full that in the end there was not even a tiny place left for a dessert. What can I say... if you want to find friendly hospitality, smiles, good food and above all honest prices, you just have to try it. You will surely be satisfied and also surprised by the genius of the owner, who in a continuous evolution, always seeks a tone of novelty in the restaurant to give the best to her customers!!!
