Acqua e Sale In Botrugno

We went to Acqua e Sale for dinner, choosing the five-course seafood tasting menu and wine. The service was friendly, attentive, and attentive. The dishes were exquisite and sophisticated, with well-thought-out and balanced pairings. Everything was perfect, from appetizer to dessert, and we finished by sampling the homemade coconut, fig, and blackberry liqueurs. It was a fantastic evening; we went home thinking about when we'll return.

Very nice place with welcoming staff, good food, recommended place

The dishes were interesting and stimulating, but one negative: the service was slow despite the small number of customers. I had chosen a rosé from the wine list, but after a while I was told they were out of it, and the waiter offered me another rosé he had on hand. We agreed it was fine, but in my opinion, he should have let us choose another bottle from the wine list. Furthermore, when offering the fish, they showed it twice, once to our table and then to another shortly after, wheeling it in on a trolley. This didn't really convince me.

Easy parking, nice venue, spectacular food. Impeccable service. Prices, in my opinion, are fair for the quality offered. I would improve communication with customers, especially by letting them know there are off-menu items so they can immediately evaluate the kitchen's offerings.

Quiet restaurant, great atmosphere, really good food, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We had the €55 menu. We were completely satisfied and will definitely be back.
