This is a review written after going to water and flour. The place is cute, small and basic. The staff, unlike what another review says, is super kind and professional, in fact I can add that after dinner I had the pleasure of talking to them and I can even say they were nice. The pizza is simple and very good, with high quality toppings and as far as I have been able to try, they are fresh Small note (but I think it was mere bad luck) the pizza was quite small but despite the fairly small size it was filling, I say mere bad luck as the pizzas of the others present in the room were larger in size, I imagine a different layout due to the rush. I tried the pizza on a Saturday night when the place was super busy as the pizza was delicious and it was packed. After waiting about 45 minutes from the order to the arrival of the pizza I can say that it was worth it and I highly recommend it to anyone who has to complain to the staff on an evening like this. Proctosedyl or go to any kebab shop. I recommended the pizza to all my friends that same evening, probably given the distance from home I won't go there often but when I return I will be very happy to eat the best pizza in Biella and the province. Ah yes, and super competitive prices to eat a pizza of this quality.

Definitely and absolutely 5*!! Probably the best pizza dough I’ve tried so far anywhere. It is just perfect - very soft and unbelievably light. It’s a must if you’re looking for a great pizza!

Pizza di qualità superiore. Io mi sono lanciato con cornicione ripieno di ricotta con piena soddisfazione. Fondamentalmente è un posto per pizza d'asporto con qualche tavolino. Birra solo in bottiglia.

Pizza ottima, servizio rapido e cortese. Certo, è una pizzeria principalmente da asporto con 6 tavoli di numero (minuscoli), il servizio è molto spartano, con apparecchiature usa e getta. Però la pizza è la migliore di Biella!
