A' Quartrian' Pizzeria In Napoli

We went to Trattoria a Quartrian and I can only give it top marks! We had the pleasure of being served by Gianni, a very kind, attentive, and always available waiter, who made our experience even more enjoyable. The food? Simply divine! We ate spectacular dishes, meticulously prepared with top-quality ingredients. The calamari in particular was a true delight: incredibly fresh, tender, and flavorful, one of the best seafood dishes I've ever tasted! A place that combines sincere hospitality and excellent cuisine. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations to the entire staff, and a special thanks to Gianni!

Fried pizza, street food, spritz, Naples. I don't need anything else. (But maybe put some less oil in the salad and broccoli rabe 🙏🏼)

Á Quartrian has just one name: Titta. A spectacular woman bursting with energy and charm. A quaint location in the Spanish Quarter. Spectacular pizza. Stop by even just for an aperitivo before seeing the Maradona mural, it's worth it!!! Thanks for everything!

The pizza was delicious, and Lello's service was even better (he was very attentive and polite). BUT HIS COWORKERS, especially the tallest one, are incredibly VIOLENT and rude!!!! They border on abuse. In my country, their behavior is punishable. If it weren't for lack of time, I would have gotten up and left, because their rude behavior can give you indigestion.

The authentic Neapolitan pizza was excellent. The gnocchi were also delicious. The waiter was curt, abrupt, slow, and had a serious, angry expression… We ate at a table outside, with cars driving by, a bit uncomfortable, chaotic, in true Naples fashion. Not suitable for children.

Pizza’s were delicious and the beer was cold, so I was inclined to give 5 stars. However in one of our pizza’s we found a piece of plastic, so I have to deduct atleast one star.

The mixed fried food is excellent, as is the pizza. The staff is friendly and not pushy.

Excellent pizza, excellent mixed fried fish, friendly waiter. A must-see if you're in Naples.

Very friendly service. I’m not a fan of broccoli but Pasta with potatoes was surprisingly tasty! 🙂
