I should point out that we stopped just to break up the journey back from vacation (from Trapani to Bergamo). For this reason, I can confirm the excellent location, close to the highway and the Montecassino Abbey, which we managed to visit in the afternoon. The location is very beautiful and surrounded by nature, but I think it could still be improved. The same goes for the rooms. The price was fair, however, as far as we were concerned. We were with our Czechoslovakian wolfdog, who was admitted for an additional €10.

Ideal location for "breaking up" the north-south Italy route. Easily accessible from the highway. Also suitable for stays on site as a base for visiting nearby places. Friendly and helpful owners.

An agriturismo with great charm which would make your stay comfortable. When i with some friends stayed here for 1 night there was no dinner service as we did book at the latest hour but in the morning we were offered a good breakfast. The hosts, Massimo and his wife welcomed us with great charm and made our check in as fast as possible. All rooms are equipped with AC. Good parking for motorcycles.

We stopped here for the night on our way from Rome to Ischia as we wanted to visit the birthplace of Saint Thomas Aquinas in Roccasecca, and visit Sant'Elia, where my family is from. We very much enjoyed our stay here and wished we had planned on spending 1-2 additional nights here. The staff was extremely friendly. The language barrier may be an issue for some but, between our limited Italian and their limited English, we were able to manage just fine. We had originally planned on getting dinner in town, so we can't speak to how dinner is managed for guests. However, they asked us a day in advance whether we would need breakfast the next morning. We said yes and there was a nice spread of freshly baked goods, fruit, coffee, etc., that was perfect to get our day started. The rooms were clean, quaint, and cozy. Perfect for a relaxing, quiet evening in the countryside. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone going through this area and hope to return on a future trip to Italy.
