27/08/2025: We returned to Pizzeria Il Miracolo da Marco after nearly twenty years, eager to relive an experience we fondly remembered. The atmosphere remains simple and family-friendly, a feature that undoubtedly contributes to a welcoming and informal atmosphere.
We ordered two pizzas: a Margherita and the typical "Miracolo" wheat pizza, a house specialty with a unique dough and topped with various cured meats. Unfortunately, the Margherita was a bit of a disappointment: the dough was hard, dry, and under-risen, with an unpleasant texture. Much better, however, was the Miracolo wheat pizza, which remains the restaurant's most interesting offering, rich in ingredients and boasting a distinctive flavor.
One notable aspect is the lack of a printed menu: the pizzas are proposed directly by the waitress, a choice that may seem original but is actually a bit confusing. The service also seemed slightly disorganized, though it maintained a friendly and familiar tone.
Overall, it was a decent experience: on the one hand, the pleasant feeling of having returned after so many years to a place tied to memories, on the other, the awareness that there is room for improvement, especially regarding the quality of the dough and the organization of the service.
