I visited this pizzeria with a group on a Saturday evening, and although it was crowded, the atmosphere was overall comfortable. We sat down for the first round, and the service was quite quick.
The fried foods, especially the chips and the cacio e pepe frittatina, were very good. As for the pizzas, I tried the Sauna Calabra, which I found to be truly delicious and balanced: the spiciness was well-balanced, the salami flavorful but not overly salty, and the tomato sauce wasn't at all acidic. The 3 Voglie pizza was also good, although the only flaw was the yellow tomato sauce, which was a bit too sweet and tended to tire the palate. The merits of both pizzas go to the thin, crispy, and light dough. Personally, I don't like overly soft doughs that cause the toppings to fall out, but in this case, the slice remained perfectly composed.
The real surprise, however, was the dessert. The French croissant was 10/10: buttery enough, crispy on the outside, and incredibly light, accompanied by equally good cream fillings. I also tried the cheesecake cookie, but it didn't quite live up to the croissant. With prices definitely within the norm, under €20 per person, I'd definitely return to try other pizza options.

Pizza dressed in elegance
Audacity is the stylistic hallmark of Valentino Tafuri's project, a baker and pizza chef who for years has championed a personal, recognizable, and never banal vision of pizza.
This boldness is evident from the first step inside the "3 Voglie" pizzeria, where a warm jazz soundtrack accompanies guests into an elegant, refined, and relaxing atmosphere. The thoughtful use of LED lighting, combined with the refined furnishings, transforms dinner into a complete sensory experience, capable of decisively distinguishing itself.
A place that exudes coherence and personality, just like the pizzas that emerge from it: authentic masterpieces, instantly recognizable.
Let's now move on to the usual technical analysis, broken down by judging parameters.
Setting – 8
The atmosphere is contemporary and modern, with clear references to industrial design. The well-balanced LED lights contribute to an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.
The intense turquoise of the upholstered seats and walls becomes a distinctive element of the restaurant, strengthening its visual identity.
The table layout is particularly noteworthy, ensuring privacy and allowing guests to fully concentrate on their meal.
Preparation – 8.5
The doughs reflect significant research and innovation. The result is a light, fragrant, and well-balanced pizza.
The recipe follows a contemporary approach: a high crust, good air pockets, and a well-developed gluten network.
The baking process produces an elegant brown color, while the flavor remains balanced and never overpowering.
Ingredients – 7.5
The selection of raw materials is careful and meticulous, which is not surprising considering Tafuri's background as a baker.
The tomatoes, with a slight preference for the elongated Roma variety, add color and freshness without ever being overpowering.
The fior di latte is soft and firm, well-crafted, yet has a rather delicate flavor profile.
Service – 7.5
Essential yet elegant table setting: a placemat, white napkin, and old-fashioned cutlery, all consistent with the restaurant's style.
The young and dynamic staff ensures prompt, orderly service, without smudges.
Prices – 8
Prices are also balanced.
Fried foods start at €4, with additional sauces for €1.
Pizzas range from the Popolare at €6.50 to the Torino at €14, with a €3 surcharge for special doughs (spelt or whole wheat), up to the tasting menu at €22.
Prices are in line with the quality offered and the overall experience.
Selection tasted: Potato croquettes, Frittatina, cacio e pepe, Popolare, Anni '80, Scarpariello with 3 tomatoes, water, and Lisa beer.
Final Thoughts:
3 Voglie is an elegant and classy pizzeria, offering a complete and meticulously crafted experience.
Ideal for families and couples, it's perfect for those seeking contemporary pizza in a refined setting.
Paid street parking is available.

I was looking for a pizzeria in Battipaglia and almost accidentally found Pizzeria Le Tre Voglie.
A very positive experience. First of all, the place immediately gives a sense of order and cleanliness. The furnishings are refined and high-quality. I found the chairs very nice (as well as very comfortable)... which is not a given in a pizzeria. Furthermore, the atmosphere is quiet (I went on a Tuesday, so I don't know about the weekend...).
But let's move on to the pizzeria's main attraction: the pizza. Excellent Neapolitan pizza. You can taste the care taken in its preparation, the attention to detail and the careful selection of ingredients. And you can see the passion the pizza chefs have for making it.
The dough is very light and easy to digest. The option to choose from a variety of doughs is appreciated.
The menu is varied and offers everything from traditional to gourmet pizzas. The prices are well within average for this type of pizzeria. I found the quality/price ratio to be decidedly good.
The location, 3 minutes from the Battipaglia exit, also makes it suitable for those who are travelling and want to stop for something to eat

Having grown up on Neapolitan-style pizza, I approached this place with some doubts, but they quickly vanished.
Excellent, light and well-cooked pizza, with excellent ingredients. The fried foods are dry and delicious.
Well done.

The pizza is very good, but when you see the bill and discover that they add a 3 euro surcharge for spelt pizza, you start laughing. Why? You only need a limited amount of spelt flour in the dough to let it rise; now, a pizza requires about 200-250 grams of dough, which means the flour is no more than 120-130 grams. How much spelt do you use? 20-30 grams! 3 euros for 30 grams of spelt seems like a real exaggeration to me! The staff is professional but a little cold.
