Well-kept environment, spectacular pizza

I was looking for a pizzeria in Battipaglia and almost accidentally found Pizzeria Le Tre Voglie. A very positive experience. First of all, the place immediately gives a sense of order and cleanliness. The furnishings are refined and high-quality. I found the chairs very nice (as well as very comfortable)... which is not a given in a pizzeria. Furthermore, the atmosphere is quiet (I went on a Tuesday, so I don't know about the weekend...). But let's move on to the pizzeria's main attraction: the pizza. Excellent Neapolitan pizza. You can taste the care taken in its preparation, the attention to detail and the careful selection of ingredients. And you can see the passion the pizza chefs have for making it. The dough is very light and easy to digest. The option to choose from a variety of doughs is appreciated. The menu is varied and offers everything from traditional to gourmet pizzas. The prices are well within average for this type of pizzeria. I found the quality/price ratio to be decidedly good. The location, 3 minutes from the Battipaglia exit, also makes it suitable for those who are travelling and want to stop for something to eat

Having grown up on Neapolitan-style pizza, I approached this place with some doubts, but they quickly vanished. Excellent, light and well-cooked pizza, with excellent ingredients. The fried foods are dry and delicious. Well done.

The pizza is very good, but when you see the bill and discover that they add a 3 euro surcharge for spelt pizza, you start laughing. Why? You only need a limited amount of spelt flour in the dough to let it rise; now, a pizza requires about 200-250 grams of dough, which means the flour is no more than 120-130 grams. How much spelt do you use? 20-30 grams! 3 euros for 30 grams of spelt seems like a real exaggeration to me! The staff is professional but a little cold.

We were with a family at a very well-kept, slightly small restaurant. The pizzas were very good, with contemporary and gourmet dough, and some homemade ingredients. It's a shame that each addition comes with a significant surcharge, given the limited amount of ingredients on the pizza. There are different types of dough, which cost a €3 surcharge. Homemade sauces for the fries... ketchup and mayonnaise cost 0.50 cents. Unfortunately, there are some flaws, starting with the parking. It's almost non-existent, as the pizzeria's location isn't very convenient and parking spaces are all taken. The waiter's service is very fast, to the point of not waiting for everyone to finish their meal and immediately clearing the plates. Water costs €2.50, which means a liter of water is €5, which is unacceptable! You pay more for drinks than for food! Drinks like Coke cost €3.50, which is also a bit excessive, while beer costs €5, which is more or less reasonable, and the cover charge is €2.

Highly recommended pizzeria. The Cilentana pan-fried pizza was super soft and crispy at the same time. So light you almost didn't even notice you were eating pizza. The dough was top-notch, even for the classic pizza. My only complaint was that the young waitress was a bit awkward when explaining the experience menu, but that's overshadowed by the quality of the food and the thought that goes into every single pizza. The battered and fried zucchini flowers were also very popular. We'll be back!

Siamo stati al Pizzificio 3 Voglie dopo aver conosciuto i pizzaioli al Beach Club 93 a Capaccio/Paestum (splendido Lido con ottimi servizi dalla ristorazione alla spiaggia) Il loro locale a Battipaglia è molto carino, personale cortese e, soprattutto, buonissime pizze con prodotti di prima qualità ed altre proposte interessanti nel menù. Impasto leggero e scelta anche di pizza integrale o al farro. Da turisti del nord 😂 lo consiglio a chi avrà l’occasione di fermarsi a Battipaglia o di trascorrere le vacanze al mare in zona Paestum. La passione per il loro lavoro e la cordialità sono il risultato di queste ottime pizze. Bravi ragazzi !! Marisa

ottima pizza, ho assaggiato la 3Voglie ed è un gusto davvero eccezionale. personale cordiale e accogliente. Prezzo alto rispetto ai competitor ma giusto.
