1906 Imperatore In Napoli

I stop by Imperatore every year for their truly delicious pizza. Today I stopped by to get some takeaway pizzas to take to the North and even though I was 10 minutes before opening they put me to cook the pizzas I needed. The very kind girl served me with attention and care, even giving me a large transport bag. Obviously TOP quality of the pizza.

Excellent typical Neapolitan pizzeria a few steps from the cathedral. Pizzeria Impero is located in a strategic position, the staff was super friendly and efficient! What about the quality of the pizza? We were super excited. If you are in the area I recommend you stop by! My favorite pizza remains the Tre P. Truly top!

Good food and mediocre service. Be aware they charge you 2€ extra per person (il cuperto)

This pizza had amazing sauce. The crust was decent but I think the cheese needs some work. We had the classic margherita and the cheese was somewhat tough compared to the other margherita pizzas we have had in Naples. It wasn’t bad but it didn’t melt in your mouth the way I was hoping for. Beer was great and the place was very lovely and crowded. Friendly service too. I think the appeal of this place is the special d Pizzas so if you want a simple pizza I’m not sure.

In a tough field, I’d say I had the best pizza in 3 nights here. I had the Neapolitan and it was excellent. English speaking and tourist friendly. Very reasonable prices.

A really lovely interior and friendly staff! We enjoyed a tasty glass of red wine while we waited for our pizza to-go, and the pizza flavor and crust were perfect!

Pizzeria located a stone's throw from the Cathedral of Naples. The staff welcomed us very kindly. The service is fast and they immediately brought us traditional Neapolitan drinks and appetizers which were very good. The Neapolitan pizza is also good. Advised

In a comfortable and well-kept place, I found an omelette which in terms of tastiness could compete with the one proposed by "Di Matteo". The pizza does not disappoint: excellent quality of raw materials, fresh ingredients and a very light dough which, well leavened and with a higher crust than the typical Neapolitan pizza, lends itself to a very valid alternative to the big names already established in the city.

Pizzeria a 200 metri dal duomo di Napoli, si apre su un locale lungo e stretto caratterizzato da archi che movimentano la sala e un arredamento sobrio ma simpatico dove spiccano funzionali tavoli in legno grezzo e lampioni che scendono dal soffitto: il pizzaiolo, dalla sua postazione in fondo alla sala dove troneggia l’immancabile forno a legna, domina la scena. La pizza è ottima e fedele alla tradizione napoletana, così come il calzone al forno ripieno di ricotta, salame, basilico, grana padano, pepe e fiordilatte (8,50 EUR) preso dal sottoscritto, una vera e propria bontà e di dimensioni generose. Due gli aspetti che non ci hanno convinto fino in fondo: il primo è il servizio, non celere nell’evadere le comande nonostante fossero presenti, noi compresi, sette o otto avventori. In seconda battuta il conto (47,00 EUR per tre pizze, un calzone al forno e due bottiglie d’acqua) ci è sembrato leggermente superiore alla media cittadina: forse si paga la posizione privilegiata lungo via Duomo, a due passi dalla cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta e dalla Reale Cappella del Tesoro di San Gennaro. Pizza o calzone, la bontà è assicurata.

La mejor pizza de mi vida. Yo mismo no soy típicamente un amante de la pizza, pero ¿cuándo en Italia realmente tiene una opción? Tuvimos todos chef recomendar platos y no uno decepcionado! Para empezar disfrutamos del oro del emperador y de la tortilla estilo nerano, y la estrella del espectáculo era la parmigiana equivocada; una pizza fenomenal que haría llorar a los dioses! Tan pronto como cruces la puerta podrás sentir el amor por los platos y saber que serás bien atendido por el personal amable. Desearía tener un segundo estómago para seguir comiendo y abrirme camino a través del menú. Solo podemos esperar volver a Nápoles un día y poder probar esta comida fenomenal de nuevo!
