10 Diego Vitagliano Pizzeria In Napoli

Visiting Naples, my wife and I had dinner there. The waiters were attentive, nothing to complain about, and the pizzas were excellent. I recommend them.

I ate a lot of pizza during my two-week trip to Italy, and this place was the best. The pizza dough was chewy and delicious. The staff didn't speak English, and I didn't speak Italian, but they were attentive and took great care of me, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The quality of the pizza and dough, as well as the toppings, is impeccable! The flavors literally explode in your mouth!!! It's a shame that the experience, which isn't exactly cheap given the prices of each individual pizza on the menu, is ruined by some of the wait staff who tend to rush the selection and table service. Specifically, we called before arriving to ask what time the kitchen closed and were told that we could eat until 3:00 PM. We arrived at the pizzeria at 2:30 PM and a waiter immediately began pressuring us to choose our pizzas, telling us the kitchen was about to close. Not content with that, they offered us desserts when some of our table still had a slice of pizza left on their plates... And, even worse, they brought us the bill just as we were tasting the desserts we'd ordered and had just been served. Since this pizzeria wants to stand out from the cheaper classic Neapolitan pizzerias and offer something more, it should also adapt the standards of service and staff that represent it.

There were so many people that I put my name on the list and waited about 30 minutes to get in. The servers were very friendly and the food was good. The dough was a bit like a glutinous rice cake, but it was chewy, like there was a little bit of rice cake in it.

Fantastic group dinner at this pizzeria: delicious pizzas, excellent appetizers, and spectacular frittatas. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly. Highly recommended!

If you can't order one pizza per person due to your small appetite, you can get a free take-out box. The short female employee didn't take our order and kept delaying it, so another male employee took our order. Whew! The pizza was delicious. I ordered the Pistadella and Capriccio, both from the Pani Bottle Carnivore Man Napoli Matpia menu. The pistadella was truly delicious, unlike anything I've ever had. It's a bit pricey for Naples, but it's worth it.

Tornato qui dopo due anni ma devo dire che se possibile la qualità della pizza è ancora aumentata ; sarà che questa volta ho scelto un impasto croccante, che lega lo spessore della classica pizza napoletana alla fragranza di alcune pizze romane. Super TOP!

Acqua, farina, una perfetta lievitazione e eccellenti materie prime rendono questa una delle pizze migliori che si possa mai mangiare. Tappa obbligatoria! Consiglio di arrivare all'orario di apertura perché la fila si crea da subito
