And it is right to recognize his merit, because the pizza is good, the quality is evident. But one question accompanied me throughout the meal, and especially when it came to the bill: how much are we willing to pay for a title? When I visit a pizzeria for the first time, I always choose a margherita. It is the base, the simple and no-frills truth from which to start to understand the heart of a pizza chef. And I must say that the margherita was well made: soft and light dough, well-measured tomato and mozzarella, balanced flavors. Nothing to complain about in the preparation. My wife chose a pizza with courgettes and courgette flowers, very abundant and visually refined. My daughter enjoyed a bufalina with potato chips: generous, tasty, undoubtedly well thought out for a young audience. The problem, however, comes when it comes to costs. 🔹 A margherita for €8.50. 🔹 A pizza with courgettes for €15. 🔹 A simple 0.5l bottle of water for €2.70. 🔹 A 33cl glass Sprite for €3. 🔹 €3 cover charge per person. 🔹 A medium-sized croquette for €3. Quality is not lacking, but let's be honest: we are still talking about pizza. It is not haute cuisine, it is not a tasting journey in several courses. It is one of the symbolic dishes of popular Italy, born to be accessible and shared. And if the “world champion” brand becomes an excuse to raise prices, then we risk losing the very meaning of pizza. No one forced me to go in, that’s obvious. Curiosity led me to live the experience, and it’s right to pay for quality and a well-kept location. But I think the balance has been lost a bit. It’s as if the “luxury of simplicity” has been replaced by a price that reflects the coat of arms more than the real value. Having said that, sincere compliments to the staff: kind, attentive, professional. They asked if we liked everything, they made sure that the experience was positive. This should be recognized and valued.

Visited twice in a week and it was amazing both times. Amazing service and for pizza is one of the best places in town. Also theirs fried pasta is something to try.

First time, and I have to tell the truth, with every bite of Pizza, I felt a unique sensation, nothing short of sublime and spectacular.

Loved the pizza. I also really enjoyed watching them make the pizza. The only downside is when they get busy, we had to wait quite a while for the check. However, that didn't affect the overall experience.

I traveled many kilometers to eat this pizza for the second time! The first time in Rome was not a good experience at all but since you can always make a mistake, we are human, I returned but to the historic location: Bagnoli! On the service and the welcome absolutely nothing to say, from the place you expect something more but all in all nice, on the pizza ... I would have a lot to say but I will only say that from one of the best pizzas in the world (for the press) I expected more! The dough is very heavy, we are people who have eaten pizza since we were born and yet incredibly we did not manage to finish this one, even though we split a buffalo mozzarella pizza and a rustichella! The taste is very marked by the presence of yeast and honestly I did not find it pleasant, I did not have an experience eating this dough! I am very sorry to say it but I think it is right! Obviously personal opinion! I don't judge the costs because it's right that the cover charge is €3 and that the pizzas cost more because the toppings used are of high quality and the service is really very attentive, applause to the waiters!

Great place! Amazing pizza...very busy. Went when they 1st opened for dinner no wait, but when we left it was super crowded.

Tornato qui dopo due anni ma devo dire che se possibile la qualità della pizza è ancora aumentata ; sarà che questa volta ho scelto un impasto croccante, che lega lo spessore della classica pizza napoletana alla fragranza di alcune pizze romane. Super TOP!

Acqua, farina, una perfetta lievitazione e eccellenti materie prime rendono questa una delle pizze migliori che si possa mai mangiare. Tappa obbligatoria! Consiglio di arrivare all'orario di apertura perché la fila si crea da subito
