02/03/2026: I booked dinner for my family of eight at Piazza Duomo last year October and was very excited, especially as a frequent diner at Michelin-starred restaurants, including other 3-star establishments. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations.
There were highlights: the creative use of local ingredients, thoughtful vegetable-focused dishes, and beautiful presentation. The famous 21, 31, 41, 51 salad was a standout, and the amuse bouche were playful and enjoyable. The beetroot course and cod were well executed, though I did find a small bone in my fish. Desserts, however, were underwhelming.
The bigger issues were operational. A €1,700 minimum beverage spend felt excessive and it was uncomfortable being asked to meet it before ordering food. Service was inconsistent, water not refilled, wrong items served, utensils mismatched. The ambience also felt surprisingly basic, with bright lighting and a stuffy atmosphere that did not reflect a 3-star setting.
Our total bill was €5,300. I do not mind paying for excellence, but the overall experience did not justify the price. I would not travel specifically for this restaurant, though it may be worth trying if you are already in the area.

20/01/2026: A top-notch Michelin-starred restaurant. The elegant location is spread across several rooms; in the summer, a pleasant outdoor seating area is also available in the courtyard of the old farmhouse that now houses the restaurant. The staff is highly trained, courteous, and helpful. Tables are well-spaced, allowing for conversation without disturbing others (or being disturbed). Guests can choose from a tasting menu or dine à la carte. All the dishes on the list are worth trying: the freshest ingredients, prepared with flair and professionalism by the chef. The welcome aperitif, amuse bouche, and petit fours offered in addition to the requested courses are also not to be overlooked. Dining here is an experience not to be missed. Prices are commensurate with the quality offered.
24/12/2025: I really appreciated the attention they paid to a person who doesn't eat dairy and who hadn't previously warned me. They created a special menu. The gobbi agnolotti with raspberry beurre blanc and cardoons are a must-try. Highly recommended.

23/02/2026: It was a wonderful culinary experience, with typical Piedmontese cuisine and wine. The appetizers were excellent, as were the first courses, carefully presented and truly flavorful. The homemade desserts were also exquisite. The restaurant also has five rooms and is located in a hamlet of Mango. With multiple rooms, you're transported back in time, an old farmhouse, adapted for catering, with furnishings from a bygone era. Also suitable for small ceremonies, the family-run staff is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. For a romantic dinner or a business lunch, you're in the right place. I recommend you come, and you'll surely be satisfied, as we were.

15/01/2026: I visited with my friend Daniele. Since we're not from the area, we booked quickly, and I must say we were greeted warmly, with warmth and professionalism. The place is very welcoming, and it's exactly what you'd expect if you want a cheerful dinner with good food and wine. The girl who served us was incredibly friendly. Thanks for everything. It was a lovely evening.
15/01/2026: After 6 hours of riding in the cold, we stumbled upon this place to eat and drink something typical... and here is this cute place, where a friendly waitress welcomed us, we ordered a tagliata and a cheek in Barolo, for the wine the owner came over and recommended a wine... excellent advice... a perfect wine with the meat, good good... the meat? Superlative... perhaps the best tagliata I've ever eaten! Even the cheek was top! We discovered that it is a family-run place! From the welcome to the dishes, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it. I would definitely go back! Well done... compliments to the waitress's brother who is in the kitchen and it is he who prepares those delicacies! oh I forgot... the charcuterie board! excellent! In short, everything was perfect.. thanks and well done guys!
