The Italian was already famous for its pizza with light dough and very high quality products, now they have added the cuisine and I must say that they have put that extra edge which in my opinion makes them the best in the Alba area, I have tasted their best seller as per the advice of the restaurant staff, the hazelnut crusted prawns (sublime), then came the crunchy octopus on a bed of chickpea cream with rosemary (SUPER I would say), then we ate the gnocchi alla beetroot, gorgonzola and mountain bacon chips (from INFARTO, due to their goodness, we also tasted the prawn guitars with crustacean puree (to be lost on the plate) we ended the meal with the caramelized chicken rustica with seasonal vegetables, all well laid out and expertly executed by their chef. What about the desserts, all homemade and with skill as always. Well done, congratulations to all!!

Ci siamo recati in questa pizzeria su consiglio di alcuni amici e non ci siamo pentiti. Accoglienza simpatica, servizio veloce nonostante il locale pieno e soprattutto pizza ottima, direi la migliore che abbiamo mangiato in zona. Quasi tutti i dolci fatti in casa. Ci torneremo

Ottima pizza, servizio rapido ed efficiente nulla da dire tutto meritato. Poco professionale invece respingere un cliente solo che alle ore 22,07 è stato respinto perchè "in chiusura" ed in più reo di non aver prenotato. Effettivamente già alle ore 21,45 i due camerieri, oltre che servire ai tavoli, già provvedevano alle pulizie con ancora ben quattro tavoli occupati dagli avventori. Sarò retorico ed anziano ma gestire una attività di ristorazione include, oltre ad una professionalità fatta di precisissimi ordini di servizio con la chiusura del locale entro le 22,00 o poco più, anche un minimo di elasticità ed apertura mentale; giusto per, visto l'innegabile periodo di crisi che stiamo tutti vivendo, un minimo di rispetto per una attività assolutamente in grado, e meritatamente, di produrre buon reddito.
