Very good! Pleasant dinner, with a few pearls. I loved the roast cardoon, beautiful and delicious. The "ris e coi" plin are very interesting and particular, even if they are not particularly tasty. The mustard and honey cheek is wonderful. Castelmagno's selection is very good. The bunet was good, small but very pleasant. Excellent service. I don't know the price, I was a guest.

The sign says trattoria, but don't be misled: it is an excellent restaurant with superb Piedmontese cuisine. The breadsticks are made by them and from there you can understand the attention to detail. Accurate service, more than fair price, extensive wine list with local excellence. Well done!

Endroit chargé d'histoire avec une décoration d'époque, des gravures et photos de personnalités ayant cotoyés ce restaurant. Ambiance feutrée avec de belles tables bien dressés et des plats magnifiquement préparés ! Très bel accueil , service impeccable au petit soin. Des plats fins, frais et soigneusement élaborés. Situé dans une cour qui ne paye pas de mine, cette adresse vaut vraiment le détour.

03/03/2024: Excellent little restaurant in the center of Cuneo. There are few tables so it is advisable to book. All vegan and gluten-free. I really appreciated the opportunity to have a taste of all the dishes on the menu, which changes every week. Excellent quality ingredients and very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended!
