01/06/2026: Yesterday at Quantum we had an incredible experience. Quality, service, innovation, professionalism, and genuine passion: everything you'd expect from a great seafood restaurant. But the most surprising thing is discovering that behind all this are three extraordinarily talented young people, capable of transforming their expertise and dedication into a top-notch gastronomic experience. I'm happy to have eaten so well, but even more so to have found confirmation that there's still great hope for the future of the restaurant industry...Great job, guys!

The immediately striking feature is the menu on the wall—a deliberate choice that speaks volumes about the place's character. No frills, no glossy paper: the menu is refined in its simplicity, and you can sense the genuine attention behind it, not superficiality. The service is perfectly in keeping with the setting: no excessive formality, but a strong presence. The owner walks among the tables, stops, and asks how it went—and you can tell it's not a routine gesture, but that he genuinely cares. The kind of welcome you find in few places these days. A genuine experience, recommended to those seeking something authentic.

The food is excellent, and you can sense genuine care in every bite: from the breadstick to the welcome plate to the compositions of the dishes, everything is crafted with taste and creativity. The chef's original creations, ingredients paired in surprising yet harmonious ways, are a true highlight. Thanks also to the very kind and attentive waitress, who makes the atmosphere even more pleasant.

11/05/2026: It's a beautiful boutique hotel, full of thoughtful details, and the breakfast is incredibly complete and of excellent quality—hard to find around here. The place is very welcoming, and the attentiveness of all the staff is a huge plus. It will definitely be a place I'll return to many more times!

For dry-aged lovers like me, there's always something special in the maturator. 🍷 A wide selection of wines from Campania and beyond. The constant search for new labels and emerging producers is designed to offer quality in the glass, not commercial products. 🌮 A warm appetizer (4/5 items) that varies according to the season, and a platter of cured meats and cheeses to start, accompanied by jams. 🍝 For pasta lovers, the first courses are perfectly prepared by the Chef. I recommend the "authentic" Genovese, the Gorgonzola and walnut parcels, and the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms. For traditionalists, the ragù is cooked to perfection. 🥃 Excellent distillery, quality white and aged grappas, bitters, and other herbal extracts. 🫂 Onofrio and his staff are always available and attentive to customer requests. 💰 Excellent value for money.

15/05/2026: We came to Cimitile for a relative's wedding and tried this property for the first time. The stay was super comfortable, the rooms were very well-kept and clean, and we even had the opportunity to try the restaurant for lunch. All the dishes were delicious. The first courses were generous and delicious, and the second courses were of excellent quality meat and fresh seasonal vegetables. Onofrio, the owner, is a very kind person who assisted us with every need with warmth and friendliness. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Onofrio.

16/05/2026: A wonderful Saturday evening with friends. Everything was delicious: the scarpariello pasta was sublime, the grilled sea bass delicious, the broccoli rabe superb, the nougat dessert and the pastiera excellent. We'll be back.

03/05/2026: Great lunch spot with incredible prices and friendly service. The garden patio was intimate and secluded but still had space for larger groups. While Venice isn't know for pizza, this place knew the assignment and delivered two tasty pies that were the best we had on our trip. Wish I'd taken a picture of the pizza because I'm still thinking about it. Highly recommended.

14/06/2026: 12/10 – so good! I stayed near Trequanda for a few nights and came for dinner every single day. Except for Monday because they’re closed :) The food was just excellent and I loved sitting on the terrace watching the very quiet village life unfold. Everything I had was so, so delicious. Starters, mains and desserts alike. It’s nothing super fancy, nothing super wholegrainy healthy organic… „just“ really, really good italian food in vegan. You can also really tell that the owners put their heart into what they do. It‘s an ethical vegan restaurant and it was really interesting for me to hear how passionate the owner who runs front of house is about this cause. Also, if you’re vegan the area is a really great spot in tuscany. I stayed at the wonderful Podere Sole vegan B&B nearby and on mondays you can head to Pizzeria Paradiso in Trequanda who offer several vegan pizzas as well as good vegan gelato 🍧

30/05/2026: An absolutely fantastic restaurant. We went there twice during our stay nearby. A great selection of food and fantastic dishes. Every dish has an intense, wonderful flavor. The atmosphere is also very, very nice, right in the heart of Trequanda. Whether you're vegan or not, definitely worth a visit!

If you want something a bit different from the run of the mill restaurants, fantastic combinations of flavours and a fine dining experience you must go to this restaurant. The whole experience was wonderful, the service was superb, the presentation of the food a work of art. Can’t recommend it enough, the best restaurant I have been to in Taormina.

The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, perfect for those seeking authentic local cuisine. Prices are decidedly affordable for the high quality offered. An honest and unmissable place!

18/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Purgatorio back in 2024 and chose this restaurant then and there. Small but perfectly formed! We weren't disappointed! In addition to the regular menu, you can also choose from three set menus with different courses and order either fish or meat. We opted for the fish menu – and it was outstanding!! That's why we were so keen to return. And this time, we weren't disappointed either! The menu was superbly composed: three beautifully presented appetizers, an excellent main course with fresh fish, and a wonderful tiramisu to finish. Everything was perfectly balanced in flavor and prepared with great care. We would especially like to highlight the quality of the ingredients, the pleasant atmosphere, and the friendly service. You can tell that the food is cooked with passion. For us, it's definitely one of those restaurants you'll want to return to when you're in Sardinia. A definite recommendation for all fish lovers!

03/05/2026: I came here for the first time and ordered the truffle macaroni. I was blown away. The pasta sauce was creamy and tasted amazing with a sprinkle of Parmesan. The service was great and the waiters were super nice. I would definitely come back again and order the same thing.
