03/05/2025: Location ristrutturata rispetto a qualche anno fa, molto accogliente. Menù frutto di un grande studio con ottime materie prime. Preparazioni perfettamente bilanciate. Servizio ottimo. Carta dei vini eccellente. Costo anche onesto considerando la stella. Consigliatissimo.

29/05/2025: During a 3 day trip with friends we went to eat twice. What can I say, highly recommended for the excellent food that deserves more than 5 stars. Excellent service made us feel at home. Do not hesitate to go a few more km to reach the restaurant because it is truly worth it.

02/06/2025: Today, June 2nd, we are leaving with a couple of friends. We stayed at Colle Bianco for 2 nights. What can I say? It was an excellent experience in all respects. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the very kind Mrs. Margherita who immediately gave us the rooms assigned to us, which are prefabricated but equipped with space and all the comforts almost more than a hotel. On the evening of arrival, we had dinner at their place and since it was Saturday, there was also fabulous pizza, special appetizers but all made with products grown by them, everything excellent and plentiful. The cherry on the cake was the fair and honest price. I recommend that if you come to Molise, a region that I didn't think was so beautiful and historic, stay at Agriturismo Colle Bianco, you will be fine.

30/12/2024: Located in an enviable panoramic position near the lake, it offers typical local cuisine of excellent quality, with a chef with twenty years of experience gained in various places in Italy. Spacious and comfortable rooms, finished in a refined and precious way with attentive and very friendly staff. Outside there is also a swimming pool. Highly recommended!!!!!!

02/06/2025: Siamo stati sia a pranzo che a cena.. Posto pulito e accogliente. Piatti tradizionali ben cucinati e materie prime di buona qualità. Pane casereccio di produzione propria. Peccato solo la pizza ordinata la sera per cena...ottimo il condimento ma bruciata la base sotto....abbiamo mangiato solo la parte superiore...lo abbiamo considerato un incidente di percorso....Avrei gradito almeno delle scuse. Buoni i dolci Prezzi nella norma

17/05/2025: Very rich lunch, with abundant dishes, very abundant. A shared appetizer, two first courses and a second course shared by two, and leave this magnificent land inebriated with flavors and full. Do not miss passing by here and stopping for lunch or dinner.

27/04/2025: I'm sorry I can't give half a star or even zero Unfortunately we didn't think to take photos of the dishes, however there were 6 adults in the month of April 2025, all extremely disappointed!!! because starting from the menu of everything that was written they had very little choice available after taking the order with a wait of about 10/15 minutes, the waiter informed us that they had no products and/or ingredients available for the course Very small portions (very poor) The service leaves a lot to be desired Very Spartan place I could continue but I'll stop for a short time available for sure for us who were not recommended

06/06/2025: bel posto per mangiare all'aperto, con carrellata di antipasti senza fine, primi e secondi da provare. Buono e cordiale anche il servizio . Prezzi ragionevoli calcolando che dopo l'antipasto, si opta per un primo o un secondo spendendo 25/ 30 euro compreso vino acqua e caffè. Da ritornare

31/05/2025: Este restaurante es el mejor para la semana que estamos en Italia: Roma, Piscara, Termoli y ahora aquí, Santa María del Molise. La comida era muy fresca, deliciosa, muchas opciones de antipasto, varias opciones para el plato principal, fabulosa polenta con salchichas caseras y salsa de tomate; 6 varios postres. Pedimos tiramisú limone - fresco y delicioso.
