13/05/2024: Il nome trae in inganno, non è un'osteria, come il nome vuole far credere, ma un ristorante di altissimo livello. Caldo, accogliente, personale gentilissimo, informato e discreto. Di solito è difficile uscire da un ristorante e sentirsi bene, soddisfatto e contento dell'esperienza. Capita poche volte. Soprattutto capita poche volte con quei locali altisonanti, tutto fumo, con stelle ed altre encomi, ma poi esci deluso. In questa osteria (di nome), il palato è deliziato, con ingredienti locali ma lavorati e preparati con estro e cura del dettaglio. Ho visitato tanti locali in Italia e nel mondo, ma questo merita davvero una menzione speciale. Per come mi ha fatto sentire dopo la cena, un bel 10 e lode. Spero non cambino, che continuino per tanto tempo perché vorrei rivivere di nuovo questa bella esperienza. Complimenti !!!

07/04/2024: Impeccable restaurant and service, hosted within the innovative i suite hotel. We chose the "Creative" tasting menu, full of unusual flavors and attention to detail. Unique dishes, the result of meticulous research by Chef Daniele Succi and designed to create a crescendo path that culminates with a dessert that is a 'crush' of norms and facts. The dish that won me over is the fermented amberjack: unmissable. I already knew the chef's cuisine and his delights, this was yet another confirmation of his art and experience.

13/05/2024: Ritorniamo come ogni anno in questa incantevole trattoria. Ma haimè siamo passati da "SUPER" a mediocre. La pasta frissta sempre eccezionale ma i salumi sempre meno ed il salame durissimo. I secondi non hanno soddisfatto quella che era l'aspettativa degli anni precedenti. Io stufato di cervo era "bollito e filaccioso" e la Costata resa quasi immangiabile dalla quantità di pepe che hanno aggiunto dalla cucina. MI chiedo solo: perchè rovinare un ottima carne impanandola nel pepe?

18/03/2024: Excellent appetizer with delicious fried dumplings and a good assortment of very pleasant and tasty cured meats. Borettane onions and abundant flakes of parmesan, all super. Good and tender grilled lamb chops with polenta and delicious desserts to finish. Also the welcoming and relaxing environment. Very comfortable chairs. Professional and kind staff. Excellent value for money . Well done, keep it up! Obviously recommended

But it was all nothing special, poor food, generally long waiting times despite the fact that there weren't that many people. The place overlooking the canal port is nice. The service was impeccable. The price is high for what little we ate. Some dishes were definitely not up to par, dry and bland... Too bad. I would have given one star, I give two just for the service

13/05/2024: EXCELLENCE IS AT HOME A restaurant on the port of Gabicce Mare where you can eat excellent fresh fish, find an accurate and non-obvious selection of wines, with an impeccable location and 5-star service... this is the right place! We will be back soon…

20/05/2024: Inkiostro, restaurant with 1 MIchelin star in Parma, very convenient to the Parma motorway exit on the A1/E35. Elegant but not too formal environment, few seats, less than 30, decidedly international cuisine, don't look for references to typical local products, the young chef has worked a lot abroad and his project is innovative and creative. The menu changes often during the year and stands out for its quality and creativity, the dishes are small works of art. We chose the balance menu at 160 euros and a couple of glasses each with an excellent wine but above all on the advice of a very good sommelier. The manù is varied and skilfully mixes meat (lamb and quail) and fish (ray, tuna, tuna belly) and many vegetables, citrus soaps. The detail is exceptional, from start to finish, the flavors are excellent, the dishes are presented with at least two points of reference and are never too centered on one main ingredient. Absolutely worth trying while waiting for the second star. Young and very close-knit kitchen team.
