19/08/2025: Went there a first time for some wine tasting. Then enjoyed some food. Service was amazing and waiters very knowledgeable and helpful. The wines were interesting and amazing to taste. They also run a next door store selling those wines. Food was also fantastic.

01/11/2025: The food was great, as was the wine list. The smoking room was fantastic for cigars. The room was very clean. Regarding the spa area: a little less decoration would be nice, and the pool water was a bit too warm for me.

31/10/2025: We had a wonderful short break at the Romantik Hotel Stafler. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and plentiful. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout, and you immediately feel at home. The spa area is lovely. Dinner is available both à la carte and as a set menu as part of the half-board option. The food was of very high quality and tasted absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

03/10/2025: I'm a bit perplexed. A truly beautiful location, nothing to add, just lots of compliments. But the Michelin star, combined with such a location, raises expectations. The 7-course tasting menu costs €110 per person, rising to €135 with wine pairings. The wines are truly excellent; it's clear there's been a lot of thought put into pairing them with the dishes. But what's perplexing are the dishes themselves: the dishes were bland, and there was absolutely no salt, and I don't understand how a restaurant like this could have such a lack. It seems, however, that this is precisely the chef's philosophy: using about 35% less salt in the dishes, using special cooking techniques to extract the salt directly from the vegetables. I think this information should be written on the menu, otherwise diners will be left feeling confused. Another thing that's a bit surprising is the price of the cheese platter: a trolley full of very interesting cheeses with the option to try them all. Too bad this was reflected in the final bill, an extra €90, €30 per platter (even though we ordered two). However, the standout dish is the egg with pecorino foam and a comfit cherry tomato base. So, that leaves a big question mark; the philosophy is nice, even just the fact that you never eat the same thing again, but honestly, it doesn't make me want to say "I'd go back."

24/09/2025: For our 50th wedding anniversary, our children gave us a dinner at the Dolce Stil Novo restaurant at the Reggia di Venaria Reale. It was a wonderful experience. We received the utmost attention from all the staff, including Chef Alfredo Russo, who came to welcome us. We enjoyed a wide variety of delicacies, from the aperitif to the final digestif. Every dish was carefully prepared and paired with well-balanced, high-quality wines. It was an experience we'd love to repeat in the future. Our heartfelt congratulations. Vilma and Giuseppe

02/10/2025: The best of the best that Italy has to offer. Unbelievable flavors I’ve never imagined, perfect execution and presentation, and also a beautiful dining room to top it all off. I am not sure what could have made this better. I was blown away. It’s worth coming out of your way to experience this meal. Whatever you do, don’t miss the pumpkin ravioli or orange soufflé. I’ve been on a bit of a Michelin fine dining “food tour” in the country this last week and, by far, Dal Pescatore Santini was the best.

Each time, they amaze us with new offerings, sophisticated and refined flavors, and unexpected pairings that captivate those who love culinary innovation. A sensory journey that engages and surprises, accompanied by a simply excellent selection of wines. Il Rudere is much more than a restaurant: it's an experience that leaves its mark, every time. 11/09/2025: We decided to book a dinner reservation for my birthday at this fantastic restaurant, not knowing it and relying solely on the reviews we'd read. What can I say...it was a MAGICAL evening! We tried the "rudere" appetizer and the tuna tartare, which were highly recommended. I've never had tuna this good! The first courses were spectacular, offering an explosion of flavor from the first bite. My compliments to the chef and the waiter, who was super kind and courteous, ready to explain each course he served. Thank you both for a fantastic evening! Prices were average. See you next time!!

27/09/2025: About a month ago, we had both breakfast and lunch there and were satisfied on both occasions. The products used are fresh and authentic, and handled with great care. Try the pici alla gricia, their original panzanella, and their robust and fragrant olive oil. The coffee is also excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the place is centrally located. Definitely recommended.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and offered the freedom to choose any table, setting the tone for a relaxed and personalized dining experience. One of the standout aspects of the evening was the staff's knowledge and assistance in pairing the perfect wines to complement our meal. Their recommendations enhanced each dish, with the octopus being particularly memorable—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Opting for the five-course tasting menu, we were not disappointed. Every dish was creative and delicious, offering a refreshing departure from the usual pizza and pasta. The diversity of flavors and attention to detail in each course truly showcased the chef’s talents. To top it off, the staff went above and beyond by helping us arrange a taxi back to our hotel, making the entire evening seamless and stress-free. In short, Io Osteria Personale provided a unique and delightful dining experience that we totally recommend to anyone looking for a break from the traditional Italian fare. This restaurant is certainly worth a visit.

26/10/2025: The ambiance and taste are simply outstanding. However, the portion sizes are very small, even for haute cuisine. The South Tyrolean down-to-earthness, which is emphasized throughout, might even give you hope that you'll be satisfied, even on a rather expensive evening.
