03/03/2026: Spending an evening at 12 Apostoli is certainly a truly unforgettable experience. An ancient restaurant, simply wonderful, where you can breathe history, culture, and passion, with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were impeccable: kind, attentive, and always smiling. Each course is prepared down to the smallest detail, with authentic but not always surprising flavors. The appetizers are admirable, with a wide array of flavors. The sea bass and goat cheese wafer is a real surprise. Fantastic. It's a shame about the first course, where my wife didn't like the smell and taste of the oven-dried yeast... and it is indeed very unique. And the same must be said for the partridge with pearà and brown stock, where the very tender meat was overpowered by a pearà that was truly... too peppery. The wine pairings were good, except for the Barolo, which was perhaps a little dull for the accompanying courses. The sweet wine paired with the desserts was excellent... perhaps a little expensive! The requirement that all diners must choose the same route is limiting.

A perfect combination of flavors and courtesy.

28/02/2026: The Osteria di Passignano was a fantastic surprise. Imagine hungry travelers on the Via Francigena at the end of the day. You enter this ancient medieval building near a monastery and you're already feeling peckish. The service, food, and atmosphere are impeccable. For a restaurant of this caliber, the price is excellent.

16/03/2026: An amazing little gem we discovered during our weekend in Rome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A little place just the way we like them: not a tourist trap, simple and authentic. It was exactly what we were looking for. The owner is absolutely lovely and very attentive. You can immediately see his passion for what he does. He takes the time with each customer and prepares each focaccia with great care and attention. They even have menus in several languages, including French, which is a real plus. My partner asked him which focaccia was the best, and he made him a surprise… and it was delicious! Everything is fresh and homemade. Even the tortilla used in some of the recipes is made by his wife. The focaccia is excellent, and the tiramisu was also very good. The prices are quite reasonable. We didn't stay long, but if our stay had been longer, we would definitely have returned without hesitation. A place that truly deserves to be known!

The planning of our wedding began a year and a half before the happy event, and Andrea was with us until September 21st. The organization was impeccable, but above all, without any worries, which is a huge plus for those who have to balance menus, people, schedules, and... weather. We were almost certain that the menu would be appreciated; after all, that's what the rehearsal dinner was for. The service was impeccable: seamless, coordinated, professional, and friendly—in short, it was like the "Real Madrid" of ceremonies! If it were up to us, we'd do it again this Saturday! It's worth it for the food, the service, and the wonderful feeling of welcome you experience. Truly exemplary! The fondue and sausage gnocchi are exceptional, not to mention the house appetizers (truly superb).
