28/06/2025: We were in this small restaurant specializing in cod and our expectations were not disappointed... in fact everything was very very good! We tried the trio of cod, the hot seafood appetizer (consisting of 4 tastings), the mixed seafood grill with potatoes and the scampi ravioli with cherry tomatoes and salicornia.... everything was superb, perhaps only the filling of the ravioli I found not very tasty. The waitress was very kind and good, the service was fast and attentive. The only negative note was the bill which instead of being detailed was presented as an agreed flat rate... I found this very unpleasant! According to my calculations there were a few euros in the balance but it didn't seem right to me... too bad!

08/05/2025: I booked for lunch at this location. Given that in summer you can also have lunch outside and it is very characteristic and welcoming with a location in an alley and a small square; the interior is very welcoming and takes you into a rustic atmosphere. Excellent quality food, from starters to first courses and on to second courses, genuine flavors of the past. Friendly staff. Fair prices. I recommend it, I will definitely go back.

30/03/2025: A mio parere, pub migliore della zona, cura in ogni aspetto degli ingredienti a partire dal pane (da forno e non surgelato o confezionato)carne ancora meglio e cosi via…prezzi onesti, servizio buono, tempi di attesa giusti. Un altro punto di forza sono i dolci, molto vari e porzioni davvero grandi. Chi ha ideato al menù lo ha pensato per far uscire le persone dal locale felici e sazie!

24/06/2025: A confirmation every time I go back! Quick and easy booking from the website, I arrive at the pizzeria and immediately feel welcomed with sincere sweetness: the service is always attentive and makes you feel pampered from start to finish. We started with three appetizers: Gran Crocchè, Arancino Sannita and Baccalà - one better than the other, perfect to start. Then I had the Padellino N.1 with local beef tartare: a real treat! The pizzas - Molisana Estiva and Insalata Venafrana - light, tasty and easily digestible. Even exaggerating with the quantities, you never feel weighed down: a great credit to their cuisine, truly balanced. Fresh draft beer and a beautiful finish with gentian and passito. Neat location, smiling and passionate staff, excellent products. Even knowing the whole family well, I can say without a doubt that Bas & Co is a place where quality, passion and hospitality always go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

23/06/2025: Hands down, perhaps the best pizza in Molise — and not only, probably 😁. The pizzeria is located in the historic center of Pesche, which makes it an almost "magical" place. Excellent place, with very high quality products. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive and very helpful staff. Prices in line with those of other pizzerias, with the "special" pizzas at a slightly higher cost justified by the refinement of the ingredients and their originality compared to the "classic" pizzas.

03/06/2025: I am from Puglia and after almost a year I returned with my wife for lunch at Al Castello and I brought a couple of friends from Basilicata (also foodies) knowing that I was on the safe side. In fact today, I had the clear feeling that Michele's cuisine has improved even further. Thank you.

09/05/2025: Llegamos a este restaurante mientras exploramos esta pequeña ciudad encantadora y nos recomendaron este pequeño restaurante acogedor a las puertas de la ciudad vieja y no nos decepcionó. La familia que dirige el negocio era cálido y amable y Rosa el Chef nos preparó un excelente almuerzo local. Comenzamos con un plato de charcutería con una gran selección de embutidos, queso local, fritata y Burrata local que estaba delicioso servido con pan casero! Lo lavamos con una jarra de vino tinto local y que cayó muy bien! Nuestro plato fuerte fue un trío de platos con un Canelón casero que era divino con un relleno de tomate casero, una parmigiana de berenjena y una cazuela de judías con corteza de cerdo que simplemente me encantó y nunca antes había tenido! Realmente fue un viaje de sabores de este pequeño local muy diferente a la marcha de los restaurantes italianos molino que se ven en todas partes. Mis descripciones de los platos no hacen justicia a lo que tuvimos ya que los sabores eran excepcionales, así que te aseguro que no te decepcionará. Davide, el marido de la Chef Rosa nos cuidó mucho en el restaurante y era un personaje encantador y más tarde charlamos con Rosa la Chef y su pasión por la comida era increíble, de ahí el maravilloso resultado de la comida que tuvimos! Recomendaría encarecidamente que haga el viaje a este restaurante en Fornelli, Isernia si alguna vez está cerca de esta vecindad!

06/05/2025: Locale molto carino con un ingresso spettacolare posto sotto le mura di uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, piccolo ma davvero grazioso. Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima Michelle, che ci ha servito con molta grazia dei piatti semplici ma davvero buoni. Si sente la qualità della materia prima e la sapienza della cuoca (Madre di Michelle) che realizza anche degli ottimi liquori che ci hanno gentilmente offerto (alle caramelle Rossana e quello al caffè). Sono uscito soddisfatto sia per il palato, sia per l'atmosfera che si è creata durante il pasto e anche per il giusto prezzo pagato. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto forse il costo del tagliere x due è un po' altino rispetto ai prezzi degli altri piatti che ci stanno tutti ma del resto la qualità si paga e noi abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Quindi in conclusione 5 stelle e consiglio il locale a tutti quelli che passano da quelle parti.

21/05/2025: Staying here en route to Puglia from Abruzzo was one of the best decisions I’ve made while traveling for a long time (and I travel a lot!) - I loved the peaceful settings up on the hill (meaning incredible views) but Antonio’s hospitality was what made this place truly memorable; he went out of his way to make us feel at home, and prepared a delicious (and very fairly priced) dinner full of local flavors. If you’re looking for base in Molise which is well-presented and welcoming, I’d highly recommend this spot!

04/05/2025: Locale in cui si respira aria familiare. Immediatamente siamo stati messi a nostro agio con la nostra bambina che aveva fame. Consiglio il tagliere con formaggi e vari antipasti e la pasta fatta in casa con i funghi porcini. Tutto di qualità. Prezzi onestissimi.

21/04/2025: Pranzo di Pasqua buonissimo dall’antipasto al dolce. Antipasti caldi e freddi con specialità del posto e parmigiana di melanzane speciale. Ravioli al brasato, tagliata di scottona con cicoria e patate. Gentilezza e cortesia del personale hanno reso il pranzo ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo
