Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo. Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

Carlo Alberto and Concetta always welcome us with a smile, as if we've been lifelong friends—two people who always know how to make you smile. But the goal isn't to get lost in chit-chat, but to enjoy the President's cuisine... traditional cuisine that evolves while respecting local products. The Valsamoggia caciotta crème brûlée with pears and mushroom ragù is a feast for the eyes! The pasta with sardines and the ever-present green tagliatelle are a must. A glass of Nebbiolo and a glass of Trentodoc accompanied this quick lunch. The wine list? 10+!! Full of friends! The Life on Mars bar was specially wrapped and taken to go... because dessert is a must... at home! La Lumira is just like that, a place close to the heart. Well done Borsa!

18/10/2025: From the name, I expected an Emilian trattoria famous for its cappelletti in brodo, but instead it's a super restaurant in a period building, and I felt a little uncomfortable. The cappelletti in brodo are excellent.

15/10/2025: Dinner for my wife's birthday, and as always, it was a perfect fit. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. I had flowers delivered for my wife, and they were carefully and elegantly arranged in a vase at the table.

27/10/2025: Excellent cured meats for the appetizers. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the imperial fillet. A tough cut, even when cooked rare. Unfortunately, good fillet steak is increasingly difficult to find. Good, quality wines.

07/10/2025: Excellent traditional Bolognese dishes; a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. I had an appetizer of grilled bacon and cheese rolls, topped with arugula and balsamic vinegar; then excellent handmade tagliatelle with ragù. Highly recommended.

17/10/2025: A recently renovated resort just a few kilometers from Assisi, nestled in the countryside. Beautifully furnished, spacious, and meticulously maintained rooms and suites, a garden and vegetable gardens that look like paintings. A generous breakfast with artisanal products, an osteria for dinner if desired, and a pool for relaxing after excursions. Impeccable.

The only flaw was the soundproofing, which could be improved. Otherwise, everything was fine, even the bill, which was fair for what we had eaten.
