30/11/2025: The sandwiches are excellent...and the place isn't bad either. But the sandwiches are excellent, that's an understatement.

23/11/2025: Everything was truly excellent! A pretty big order, and they arrived on time and hot! P.S. We also made a terrible impression by not seeing a portion of bacon fries in the bag, so I called and they told us they'd bring them right away. They then called back to ask if we were sure they'd forgotten them; they were under the tissues, so in addition to the 5 stars, we also apologize for the embarrassment we made.

06/11/2025: The burger was not bad, more like a semi-finished product, but it tasted good. For being on the main street right behind the bus stop between the train station and the archaeological center, the prices were surprisingly good. Burger for €7, large fries, which were enough for two people, for €4. I certainly won't say how good the burger was and that I would want it again, I've had many much better ones, but I'm actually very satisfied with it. Friendly service, great place, great prices and a great location. So I would go here again next time.

15/11/2025: Probably one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. I don’t feel the need pile on the many positive reviews of the cinnamon bun - it’s amazing, but those cookies are something else.

29/11/2025: A magical and spectacular place... as soon as you enter, Monica welcomes you with a wonderful smile, and you're immediately struck by the myriad of titles (thousands of board games for all tastes), good food and drinks, a spacious, well-ventilated space where you can also play ROLE-PLAYING, and a host of events. Today, for example, we played with POKEMON cards. Frenk was there, ready to welcome and support you. Many kids aged 10 and up challenged each other in a fantastic tournament. My son made friends right away and had a great time playing, building his deck, and trading cards. A great, close-knit group! We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

16/11/2025: We visited this place and had a truly enjoyable experience. They offered us their meatballs and served focaccia with sauce, both simple but delicious. We also tried the spaghetti with stracciatella and yellow datterino tomatoes, along with another pasta dish, both well-prepared. The coffee served with marshmallows was also lovely. A special thanks to Matteo, who looked after our table with attention and kindness. It's clear he cares about what he does, and we truly appreciated it.

The place is welcoming, with modern decor and a bar area where the aroma of grilled meat fills the air as soon as you enter. The real star is the burger. The meat, pressed to perfection, forms a crispy and flavorful crust, while the center remains soft and succulent. I tried the Deluxe Burger, a classic version with cheddar cheese, bacon, caramelized onion, fresh lettuce, and their secret sauce, a perfect balance of flavor and spiciness. The fries are an irresistible side. The service is fast and friendly; In short, California Cookhouse is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy a quality burger in a casual yet refined atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try the other options on the menu!
