Melaleuca In Firenze

Very nice place perfect for brunch but always very crowded. You have to line up and wait but with a little patience you can get in. Very friendly staff and good dishes. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the cinnamon roll, not great in my opinion.

This is, hands down, the absolute best latte I have had in Florence/Firenze. The food is EXCELLENT. I ordered the Brisket Beef Birria Tacos (spicy and tender in corn tacos which is great for GF) with avocado, the green detox juice (apple, mint, kale, cucumber, lime), and the oatmilk latte. My husband and son both ordered the Big Brekkie. My son got scrambled eggs instead of poached and hash browns instead of sourdough bread. Both egg options were cooked PERFECTLY (I am not exaggerating). They are GF friendly here and have lots of options. I believe they have vegan croissants as well. I would come back here everyday, if we weren't headed to Rome today. They also have to go coffee, which isn't very common in Italy. The menu is in English and Italian. The servers are very friendly and the service is prompt. The atmosphere is bright and cheery. The restaurant is right on the Arno about .4km from the Ponte Vecchio bridge on the Duomo side.

Very tasty breakfast. Nice coffee. I go there time to time, and I like the place, however sometimes can be too much crowded. First time we waited 25 min to be seated, second time we came was no line. The service also can be better, as the previous time the girl mixed up the orders twice, and also served us very bad ( 0 service) You can also take away, which can be better than to wait for your turn. Cinnamon bun and their almond chocolate croissant - are the best, I could eat them every day.

The best coffee in Florence!! Being from Melbourne we love a strong flat white and struggled to find one, until we went here. It’s a very “Aussie” style cafe. It has a proper brekkie menu we are used to - eggs and bacon, smashed avo, etc etc. It’s also very well known for delicious cinnamon scrolls. Similar to Melb prices - but so happy to have finally found our new favourite Firenze cafe. Enjoy a stroll along the river to get there. And our waitress was Aussie too.

It's a great place for breakfast and patisserie products. Everything I ate and drank was very high quality and delicious. The environment is very spacious, the service is good. By the river, within walking distance of the Uffizi. I advise.

Super delicious breakfast. Toast was excellent. Nice restaurant with very nice employees.

Star rating edges just over a 4.5 so a 5. We stopped in here before heading out on a walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo and around town. It was extremely busy, yet the staff was super efficient and friendly and despite the crowd it did not take long. The pastries and coffee drinks were both excellent - other breakfast/brunch items looked great too, although we did not partake. Note that English seems to primary here and beverage sizes correspond more to Australian or American sizing than European. We also noticed this place had a nice restroom that everything worked correctly, and did not lack a toilet seat. Highly recommend.

Abbiamo voluto provare questo localino da brunch spinte dalle numerose recensioni e dai numerosi articoli. La cosa più bella è l’atmosfera un po’ “aussie/ British” che si respira. I piatti sono davvero buoni, forse suggerisco di venire per una colazione/ un brunch perché i dolci sembravano davvero allettanti, mentre noi abbiamo provato i salati. L’unica pecca è che, per quanto le ragazze siano state gentili, in realtà non erano molto ferrate su quanto c’era nel menu…

Locale stranamente e credo come non accade mai, mi risulta essere piacevolmente affollato da un sacco di gente di ogni tipo e luogo. Un posto vivace amichevole e frizzante. Il menù comprende un sacco di piatti da brunch belli carichi, la descrizione dei menu si rispecchia nelle portate generose e per certi versi golosamente unte!non vedo l’ora di riandarci e provare altri piatti ancora!Prezzi onestissimi per essere a Firenze direi posto decisamente economico sul lungarno!
