11/03/2024: Welcoming and quiet environment despite it being a Saturday, excellent service provided by the restaurant manager and the owner, both attentive and very kind. Good food (aperitif and sandwich). I will return to try other dishes on the menu.

19/05/2024: Yesterday I ordered four takeaway pizzas, there was a slight delay compared to the established time, but I consider the delay normal compared to the work schedule, especially since it was a Saturday evening. The pizzas arrived hot (the delivery was in Trecastagni), intact and were really very good, mine was a simple Snow White + olives and mushrooms, so I can say that with just a few ingredients I enjoyed the flavor of the ingredients, the dough of the mozzarella cheese. I absolutely recommend it.

13/05/2024: I have already been twice to dine in this very nice family-run place, the first time I had an aperitif, everything was delicious, from the cured meats to the fried food and finally a Sicilian which was really good, all with fresh, quality ingredients, the second time I I got the pizza which was also good, excellent dough, excellent cooking and fresh, quality ingredients. I recommend it, you eat well

23/03/2024: We had an appetizer of venison ham and smoked smoke, they brought bread and curasau bread, as a main course sliced ​​in tile and Irish steak in tile (if you like it rare I recommend you take it off the tile immediately and put it on the plate), with a side of french fries, accompanied by an excellent syrah. How sweet is a warm chocolate heart. All very, very good. I recommend getting the tile things which I understand are their specialty. Fair account for how much and how we ate. Very kind and talented waiters! We will be back!

10/03/2024: Excellent restaurant, typical of Etna villages, it pays a lot of attention to the environment it offers and it is always a pleasure to visit and eat here. The pastas are amazing and it has a well-studied wine list. The exposed meat looked really tasty although I didn't taste it. The environment is familiar and pleasant. The price of the starters is disproportionate. Even though they are excellent. I will definitely return, I only recommend paying more attention to occasional customers, we felt put a little in the background, trivially we were not even greeted after paying, the waiter continued to chat with others, we don't care but others might rightly take offense. For the rest, everything appreciated.

10/03/2024: It is indisputable that the butcher's products and some things (not everything) are local, the meat and cheeses are excellent, the only flaw is that they don't have a toilet, I travel a long way to get there then I have to wait in line and finally I have to look for a bar to be able to go to the bathroom, because it is always broken, I have come three times but I think I will change company, where the bathroom is there and is also clean.

27/04/2024: Small, undercooked pizza. I had ordered with chips and was honestly expecting a larger quantity. Furthermore, I have never seen a friarielli without sausage... I will go elsewhere, the only positive things are the very kind staff and honest prices.
