We had an appetizer of venison ham and smoked smoke, they brought bread and curasau bread, as a main course sliced ​​in tile and Irish steak in tile (if you like it rare I recommend you take it off the tile immediately and put it on the plate), with a side of french fries, accompanied by an excellent syrah. How sweet is a warm chocolate heart. All very, very good. I recommend getting the tile things which I understand are their specialty. Fair account for how much and how we ate. Very kind and talented waiters! We will be back!

Excellent restaurant, typical of Etna villages, it pays a lot of attention to the environment it offers and it is always a pleasure to visit and eat here. The pastas are amazing and it has a well-studied wine list. The exposed meat looked really tasty although I didn't taste it. The environment is familiar and pleasant. The price of the starters is disproportionate. Even though they are excellent. I will definitely return, I only recommend paying more attention to occasional customers, we felt put a little in the background, trivially we were not even greeted after paying, the waiter continued to chat with others, we don't care but others might rightly take offense. For the rest, everything appreciated.

The restaurant is well furnished and maintains the sense of the peasant world and ancient flavors, for example the presentation of the meat on a tile is beautiful. The portions and the service are good in quantity. I'll be back.

Cozy restaurant in the heart of Pedara. Sicilian cuisine but not obvious, on the contrary! Delicious mixed starters (I recommend the truffled melted ricotta). Really excellent meats served on a hot tile. Highly recommended!!

Senza infamia e senza lode. Potrebbero aggiornare il menù con una versione estiva. Ok, la tana del lupo, ok il rustico, ma se a luglio con 40 gradi di sera mi porti un tagliere di ghisa incandescente con la carne, c'è uno scollamento con la realtà! Per il resto niente da dire.

Siamo ritorna a distanza di anni in questa location, piccolina ma molto caratteristica. La gentilezza e l’accoglienza non sono cambiate, servizio veloce. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutte le portate…il top la tagliata di Angus. Anche lo stracotto era superlativo. Materia prima di ottima qualità. Lo riconsiglio…

27/05/2024: Locale belo sia negli interni che negli esterni, curati e mantenuti bene. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel servirci. I tempi di attesa per le pizze e della carne sono stati ottimi e serviti tutti con tempistica contemporanea. il menù presenta buona varietà di pizze con ottimi abinamenti per tutti i gusti; vi è anche la possibilità di sceglire diversi tipi di impasti per le pizze. Tutto ottimo e cotto alla perfezione. Torneremo sicuramente. Il locale presenta anche un ampio parcheggio interno.
15/05/2024: Innovative pizza for mix ingredients. Good price and quality enough when using condiments. If you want a pizza different from the usual you can enjoy it based on different great Sicilians.

21/05/2024: Dinner for two. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a small welcome fish arancini (very good) accompanied with a glass of prosecco. So we didn't even have to wait to start eating. We chose the tasting of hot-marinated mixed fish appetizers. For the wine I asked if there was the classic house white wine in a carafe which is normally good everywhere and doesn't cost much. Unfortunately this was not possible because the restaurant only has bottled wines and, on the advice of the server assigned to our table, we opted for a white wine from the Grillo cellars which are located in the Etna area. The samples from the tasting menu were brought to us individually. Each taste is described by the waiter with great skill. The presentation of each taste is beautiful and they are all truly delicious. The photos I took of some tastings, with which I accompany this review, give an idea of ​​the quality and goodness of the dishes we were served. Of all of them, I especially appreciated the swordfish rolls and the beccafico sardines served on a bed of green sauce, but also the fried squid and the fried prawn, accompanied by a slightly spicy sauce, truly delicious. And nevertheless the caponata of aubergines, potatoes and peppers with which we decided to close the long series of tastings (I think about ten): super good. The place looks good with tables inside and also outside. In this case we dined inside where there is a large window which allowed us to admire a beautiful view. The restaurant, however, is not on the sea, it is a bit internal, high up, but easily accessible as it faces via Nazionale and has a large car park. The service lived up to our expectations: the menu arrived quickly and the waiters, as mentioned, expertly explained everything that was brought to us. Obviously the marinated fish samples arrived first and then the hot ones to which however we gave priority. The total bill was €70 of which €50 for the 2 fish tasting menus, €17 for the bottle of white wine and the rest for the cover charge. I think we were given a small discount. Ultimately a nice dinner that satisfied us not only from a qualitative point of view but also in terms of quantity of each individual tasting. We woke up full and satisfied
