16/03/2024: Unique experience, it's difficult to explain, the dishes are presented with skill, bright colors that arouse the appetite, distinct, clean and delicate flavours, very kind staff including the chef, they make you feel immediately at ease. Amazing cellar, the sommelier, a young guy, is very knowledgeable and made me try some small ones, the real ones from the area.

Original or revisited dishes of excellent quality, in line with the level at which the restaurant sets itself. Overall a beautiful and very good experience, the wine list was also excellent. 09/05/2024: We went to Ostu Bistrot for lunch with friends, a very clean and elegant place. The expertly restored exposed brick vault is wonderful. The furnishings and table settings are tasteful. The wine windows are beautiful and make you immediately understand that you will be drinking excellent wine. Francesco in the dining room was able to recommend an excellent bottle to accompany the chosen dishes. TOP service, nothing is left out: change of cutlery, cleaning of the table, service of both wine and water and perfect times with an eye for children who are served early. The varied menu, each dish has that touch you don't expect, if the sight is already satisfying once you've tasted it, all of Chef Sol's dishes will amaze you. With every bite you can feel all the passion and commitment to treating the excellent quality raw materials in the best way. Bread, breadsticks and fresh pasta, all homemade. It's nice to find these small businesses that focus entirely on the quality of both the dishes and the service! Beautiful discovery! We will be back soon!

09/05/2024: This is a review of the white truffle season (2022/11/24). I came to Piedmont, Italy to taste white truffles. The release period for white truffles in Italy is limited (October 1st to December 31st in all of Italy, and September 21st to January 31st in Piedmont, depending on the region). By the way, summer truffles are harvested from June 1st to November 30th, but harvesting is prohibited from September 1st to September 20th. This is to allow the forest to rest, and also because if there are people who fly before the white truffles are released, the release date will be delayed. A truffle hunter qualification is required to hunt truffles. It is also a requirement that a trained truffle dog accompany you. In the past, it was done using pigs, but it has been banned because pigs can cause damage to nature by tearing off the roots. First, at the same restaurant, we enjoyed a dinner made with Piedmontese white truffles as a special menu. The restaurant has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide. It's a solid ristorante, so the space, service, and wine were all top-notch and wonderful. This is a summary. Truffles are usually shaved into thin pieces to increase their surface area to give off their aroma, and I thought that truffles = scent, but when I came to the site and tasted freshly dug white truffles, I realized that they can be used as food ingredients. I realized how delicious it was. Freshly dug meat has a high moisture content, so it has a fluffy, supple, and delicate texture, and a chewy texture. Wow, I was honestly surprised! I was surprised. Experimentation, keeping constant the memory of traditional dishes and flavors on the one hand and an experimentation pushed towards foods far from these lands. Dishes, specifically, complex, rich in ingredients but balanced. Compliments also to the room, to the always constant kindness. Michelin star worthy!

03/05/2024: Definire questo posto eccellente è riduttivo: cibo squisito, personale gentilissimo, accoglienza eccellente anche nei confronti dei più piccoli. Tutte le portate sono state cucinate con cura, con prodotti genuini e di ottima qualità. Torneremo molto volentieri per goderci anche lo spazio esterno che è molto bello, peccato il brutto tempo. In ogni caso anche le salette all'interno del locale sono meravigliose. Complimenti per la cura e l'amore che mettete nel vostro lavoro.
25/04/2024: Posto stupendo e servizi altrettanto....abbiamo usato un buono che ci è stato regalato il quale comprendeva spa, cena, notte e colazione. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli anche per la nostra piccola Fiammetta di 8anni... Continuate così ragazzi ci rivedremo molto presto!!!

24/04/2024: Ho soggiornato al Vigneto di Roddi con il mio compagno e ci siamo trovati benissimo, location favolosa, circondata dai vigneti,consiglio assolutamente un aperitivo al tramonto. Che dire della cucina,un complimento allo chef e a tutto lo staff, qualità superlativa! Camere semplici, molto pulite,ottimo arredamento. Se volete staccare la spina per qualche giorno il Vigneto fa al caso vostro. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare nelle Langhe
05/04/2024: Went on Easter Monday, how wonderful. Happy to have discovered it, I can't wait to go back also to try the rooms. Beautiful, welcoming restaurant, with a breathtaking view, there were 9 of us, not even a few, and they served us with such attention and quality. There is no point in talking about the dishes because they were delicious from start to finish, including dessert. Small mention of the meringue egg, wonderful, then fillet with egg on top, octopus with squid ink, delicious desserts to finish on a high note. Nothing to say, it was a magnificent day, they absolutely deserve the maximum score, they made a day of celebration pleasant for us, they know how to do their job very well. We thank you, we will see you again very soon. You were kind and welcomed us like home. Thanks thanks thanks.

Luciano is the master in every sense and you can also spend an unforgettable evening, accompanied by excellent wines served exclusively in magnums, but you will have the opportunity to taste many of them. All supported by succulent dishes, with typical Piedmontese cuisine revisited on some very original proposals. Friendliness and cheerfulness are part of the DNA of the place.
