17/03/2024: Stati oggi a pranzo in questo ristorante. E’ stata una bellissima esperienza, posto curato, cibo altrettanto, i piatti oltre che buoni, raffinati e belli da vedere, persone gentilissime. Peccato che non abitiamo vicino, ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo molto volentieri.

12/12/2023: It's easy to leave a good review after one night's stay, more difficult to do so after 6 months of stay. I, as a special guest from Trieste, have the disinterested pleasure of doing so because Marco and Madame Hotellerie with their staff: Leo, Barbara's impeccable service and chef Mattia's creations, facilitated by the genuine quality of the raw materials, made my trip enjoyable. , and this evening in Brig I regret not being able to conclude the dinner with those sweets with dignity.... better the panna cotta or the bunet.... a long sentence for posterity

Maybe we should review the mix.
The base was not soft at all.

12/04/2024: The ice cream is of excellent quality, with a wide variety of flavours, even refined ones which denote a skilled ability in the sector.
The granitas are also on par with the ice creams.
Very good and refreshing. Furthermore, the alternative choices (yogurt or bubble tea) are varied and excellent.
Empathy level 0. Never a single smile. Constantly sulking faces. Abrupt or annoyed responses. As soon as there are 4 people in the queue the cones are made in a hasty and summary manner.
That apathetic rigor that is more suited to a Prussian hussar regiment than to an ice cream shop.
Of the series that if it weren't for the quality...

21/11/2023: Small place but there is room for everyone, outside a comfortable and modern dehor. Delicious artisanal ice cream with a thousand flavours, excellent and varied cafeteria and delicious croissants. Very kind owners, very helpful and always with a smile.
