01/04/2024: I’m always trying to be balanced on my ratings and when I use the 5 stars it means that it cannot be better from my standpoint….. and this one cannot be better from mine or ANY STANDPOINT!!! MICHELIN GUIDE, where on god’s green earth are you???!?!? Let me just say that from the appetizers to the bread, dishes, and desserts it was a joy for the palate and ALL WAS DONE IN-HOUSE…. And ALL WAS DONE BY THE CHEF ALONE!!!!!! And ALL WAS CLOSE TO 1 star Michelin so I’m asking again, where are you Michelin when such genius of a chef exists!!!! I’ve never seen anything remotely like that in my life…. How can one be a chef, a baker and a pastry chef at the same time and be at least excellent on each count?! That was honestly mind boggling and if you ever step foot in Palermo and proud yourself as having a palate, then you HAVE to go there!!!! Starting with you Michelin inspectors!!!!!!
28/03/2024: We had a great evening at A‘Cuncuma. The tasting menu was easily adapted to allergy needs and an exiting experience. Very friendly service by the sommelier. She proposed a very affordable but very well fitting wine to accompany the menu. The chef, who came to the table, did a great job. We will be back when coming to Palermo.

25/10/2023: How nice to think back to a place that made us feel good. Returning to Favignana after a few years, I regretted not having discovered it sooner! A small delicatessen restaurant with a few seats, open kitchen and family-run where you can feel at home. We had lunch and dinner with excellent dishes at a good price, and we had the opportunity to chat with the chef father and his children. Super recommended especially for lunch when the pace is more relaxed. We were happy that we weren't in a hurry and that we stopped for a while like we do as friends. Until next time! 17/02/2024: Finalemente siamo riusciti ad andare da Accursio, cucina eccellente se devo trovare un piatto preferito tra le eccellenze gasttonomiche che abbiamo assaggiato, menziono la arancina cl nero di seppia. Superb! Mi e’ piaciuta molto anche la varieta’ di oli extravergini da degustare insieme al pane tipico. Stella meritata.

26/11/2023: In una cascina lungo il lido di Noto il posto è veramente ricco di charme Gli interni sono molto curati e il cortile è bellissimo La cucina di alto livello e gli ingredienti utilizzati tutti di prima qualità a cominciare dal pane e dall’olio che non smetteresti di mangiare Noi abbiamo assaggiato il polpo la polpetta di triglia su insalata di finocchi e arance le busiate con sugo di calamari e come dolci il sorbetto di mandorle e pistacchi e il gelato alla crema (entrambi home made) Ottima scelta di vini

22/04/2024: This restaurant was the icing on the cake of my perfect little vacation in this beautiful city. Friendly, professional, smiling and capable staff. Welcoming and particularly well-kept environment. From the furnishings to the music on offer. And then there's the food. Dishes conceived, studied and heartfelt. (One above all the crunchy cannoli with tuna tartare.) Tasty, never banal and perfectly cooked. Excellent raw materials. The quality/price ratio is right. Highly recommended. Congratulations to the entire Sapori Perduti team. See you soon.

08/03/2024: Spaghetti al burro e acciughe, con seppie cotte a lenta cottura guarnite sopra alla spuma di nero di seppie. Abbinamento che incuriosisce ad ogni assaggio. Piatto delicato e ben bilanciato. L'ho accompagnato con un calice di vino grillo siciliano. Servizio premuroso e discreto. Complimenti, da stella Michelin.

17/03/2024: A place where you can find something to pamper your palate. The swordfish carpaccio is something sublime. The environment is quite intimate, recommended for going as a couple. The humble and kind chef. More than recommended.
14/03/2024: Did I perhaps have slightly higher expectations? Undoubtedly the quality of the fish was excellent, but unfortunately some dishes were not very pleasant on the palate. This negatively affected the overall review. I am referring above all to the first course of pasta filled with lobster, seasoned with shell bisque so bitter that it completely covers the flavor of the ravioli. The raw scallop appetizer was delicate, very fresh raw material, but lacking an acidic part, the dish went off at the end. The octopus in civet was very tasty, but the sauce was definitely too tasty. Among the desserts they offer a creative and original reinterpretation of the "gianduiotto". The cover charge and service are within the restaurant standards.
