20/04/2024: We had wanted to try Salvatore's Sicilian cuisine for a long time (the place is a 10 minute walk from our house) we had heard good things about it but the rumors don't do justice to the wonder and flavors of the dishes we tried last night. An evening where the cuisine was put to the test by the many Asian foreigners present (we are in the week of the Fuori Salone in Milan) but it was up to par and the service was impeccable for those 10 minutes of extra waiting we were warned several times and this makes it clear that there is a great sense of welcome and care towards customers. I'm not Sicilian but we've been to Sicily often and what we consumed were first choice products. Yes it is not a cheap restaurant but it is a truly excellent restaurant. We loved it and will definitely be back!

06/05/2024: Good Sicilian restaurant in glorious Bovisa! Excellent fish, wide choice on the menu, good quality-price ratio (perhaps the wine offerings are a little high, but for Sicilian labels). Moral... definitely worth trying!!

31/03/2024: Very disappointed, the food was ok but the pacing was a disaster. We got our first starter 1 hour and 15 minutes after sitting down. After 3 hours we left without having desert. The management sat down all the tables basically at once and over loaded the kitchen. Not even an apology from the staff. We won't be coming back.

19/03/2024: Wow! Today we leave La Corte Antica completely satisfied. We shared scallops and pasta de sarde, took octopus and tuna as our main course. Every course was delicious and had interesting nuances that even had a wow effect. The whole thing was topped off with the pistachio semifreddo dessert. A very good service rounded off the evening. Thank you!

28/05/2024: Sicily at the table. Nice service, good raw materials. For 10 cum laude you need to revisit the beautiful but not beautiful setting. Great more for the service staff

Perfect and professional hospitality and service, traditional Sicilian dishes masterfully executed, perfect to the eye but above all to the palate, taking me back to family memories and the flavors and colors of my land. Very characteristic place, welcoming and comfortable, furnished with good taste and in a refined way. What can I say... I will definitely return.

31/03/2024: A hidden gem in Città Studi, if you want to eat well (but really well), if you love Sicilian cuisine and want to feel at home... if you don't love glossy places where you spend a lot and eat little and badly... this place is definitely for you. We went back after discovering it twice in a row!!

12/04/2024: After a friendly greeting, when we were asked whether it was possible to only get tiramisu, we were told back out the door with a brisk no. We would have been happy to take it with us, but unfortunately that didn't happen.

13/05/2024: The food was delicious, especially the caponata! I had never had that before and now wish I had the recipe. WoW! I also got the shrimp scialatiella which was very good. And the woman who runs it is just wonderful.
