Nestled in the mountains of Trento, halfway between Trento and Lake Garda, it offers total relaxation and the possibility of quickly reaching any relaxation activity you wish to do. Furthermore, the hotel offers many sporting and relaxation opportunities.

Very nice hotel, the staff are very attentive and the spa was really very calm and pleasant.

The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with a swimming pool, spa, paddle tennis courts, and a children's playroom. Regarding the food, the service is excellent (the wait staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to assist guests as best they can, even small children), but the food doesn't live up to the setting. It was very disappointing, and I'd say the only downside of our stay. Very poor value for money.

A wonderful August holiday, completely immersed in the warmth, hospitality, excellent food, impeccable cleanliness... we shed a tear on the ride home! Highly recommended, even for children and dogs!

Excellent hotel. Perfect location for visiting the area. Clean and nice room, very kind and skilled housekeeping staff. Excellent service at the reception, bar, and lounge. Well-organized and nice spa. Excellent value for money. The only major flaw that significantly lowers my review is the food. Low-quality food, cooked without love and without a shred of pride or professionalism. I'm not posting photos of the dishes out of respect for the rest of the staff, especially those in the dining room, who have to do double duty dealing with disgruntled guests and the many dishes that come back untouched. I understand the strange note at the time of booking: "If half board is not used, it will still be charged." So I highly recommend this hotel, but without half board!!!!

Enviable location surrounded by greenery with a stunning panorama

We spent 5 days relaxing and getting back to nature. Everything was wonderful, from the cleanliness of the room to the spa, the pool with its facilities, and the hotel's location, just a few kilometers from the many attractions Trentino has to offer! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, from reception to the maitre d' to the waiters! But...unfortunately, there's a BUT...we booked half-board thanks to two factors: 1) excellent price, 2) positive reviews of the restaurant. Well...the truth? I don't think the food has ever been as bad as this week...and it's a real shame because the chef was completely lost in the act...a menu fit for a nursing home (minestrone, buttered tortellini, char with breadcrumbs, spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, really just two cherry tomatoes). The highlight was Friday night with pizza as a second course...like the Regina Margherita slice from the advert...I chose prosciutto...I'm attaching a photo to explain the situation, in case you don't believe me... Too bad, really too bad! I politely asked the staff if the chef was angry with the world, and they replied: "We'd like to know too"! We'll try again because the place is very worthy!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The welcome was excellent! They even gave us a guest card with a free visit to the castle, which was very much appreciated. The typical Trentino dinner was really good, and the service was impeccable!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent and the cleanliness was impeccable. The only downside was the price of water. It's unreasonable to pay €3.80 for a 0.75cl bottle of water! Aside from that, we highly recommend this hotel.
