I spent the weekend at the Hotel Flora and I can only feel fully satisfied. Since my arrival, the staff has been welcoming and helpful, always ready to satisfy every need with a smile, furthermore, the location of the hotel is convenient, ideal for visiting the surroundings or simply relaxing.

We had a very good time. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean. the SPA is exceptional, worth the trip! We'll be back!

What can I say, a place to definitely return to! Friendliness, respect, empathy, professionalism, cleanliness... I think these are some of the many adjectives I could give... there are reviews that really shouldn't be taken into account because when there is mutual respect you get a lot from both sides. We can't have anything to complain about considering a small child where she was able to let off steam in a wonderful playroom and some evenings be a little boring during dinner or during the night... dinner and breakfasts (having half board) always mixed and with varied choice of seasonal or non-seasonal products... tidy and clean rooms from arrival to departure and friendly and helpful staff in every environment (from the cleaning ladies to the concierge at the restaurant/bar). The meals have generous portions and are of high quality. Sauna/pool and hydromassage service which unfortunately we didn't have time to use. Ample parking in front of the hotel. The structure is not in the town center but is 2 minutes away by car, thus granting tranquility and tranquility. Strategic point to reach any neighboring location in max 30 minutes. If I have forgotten something I recommend experiencing it in person... a special mention to the 2 girls at reception who directed us to every request/need or doubt of this week's holiday. A very nice hotel in a quiet location in the mountains, good and varied food, friendly staff, great spa area. In relation to the numerous loungers and cozy beds, there could be more saunas and whirlpools. We would definitely come again.

A very well-kept hotel with a wellness area. Since you can take the elevator directly to the wellness area, there is no need to walk around the entire hotel in a bathrobe. The cuisine is extensive, promises variety, very tasty and rich. Local products are taken into account. The rooms are sufficient and the bathroom is very spacious. Dogs are allowed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would have liked to give 5 stars, but unfortunately there is no one at the reception who might be able to help guests with their luggage. There is a small pool outside and the opportunity to play paddle tennis. It is very well maintained. My conclusion: If you're looking for some remote relaxation and want to enjoy nature and silence, this is 100% the right place for you.
