Dear all, everything was excellent, it's a shame we don't have you in Milan.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. We had the vegetable lasagna, the ragù lasagna, the dumplings, the strudel, and the shortbread biscuits. EVERYTHING DELICIOUS!! If you're in the area, I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed! The lady at the restaurant was also very kind.

A wonderful experience. We already knew the shop and returned after three years to find an incredible selection of gluten-free products. From fresh to baked goods, from savory to sweet... everything was delicious. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by.

What a surprise, a gluten-free bakery in the mountains! I chose the cheesecake and the Sacher. Both were delicious. Thank you.

So far, I've only tried the ladyfingers, and they're very good, although I would have preferred to see "eggs" among the first two or three ingredients, because real, artisanal ladyfingers have, in descending order of percentage: egg yolks; sugar; egg whites; flour and starch. These, however, have, in descending order: starch; rice flour; cornstarch; dextrose; thickeners; E64; guar gum; yeast; and only at the end, eggs and sugar. The order in which ingredients are listed indicates the percentage, so the first two alone account for 90% of the total. To boast an artisanal pastry name, in my opinion, use cheap, industrial-style products. Anyway, good start!
