Friendly and professional staff. The restaurant is very nice and beautifully decorated. We had three pizzas (each different) and were pleasantly surprised by their deliciousness. Compliments to the entire staff, but especially to the pizza chef who made these amazing pizzas!

This was my second stay at Hotel Il Maniero in Ossana, and I can only confirm the extremely high quality standards that distinguish this establishment. Returning to a place and finding it, if possible, even better than the first time is the hallmark of excellent management. I would like to highlight the exquisite kindness and helpfulness shown by all the staff, always attentive to our every need. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Absolutely outstanding is the housekeeping service. Both common and private spaces are meticulously maintained. General Services: All other services offered by the hotel have proven to be up to expectations, confirming an attention to detail that makes Hotel Il Maniero an absolute guarantee for those seeking relaxation and quality in Trentino, a 10-minute drive from the Folgarida - Marilleva - Madonna di Campiglio ski area (also well connected via the free SkiBus).

We visited Maniero di Ossana during a ski holiday with a group of 10, and the experience was truly wonderful. We chose this restaurant both to sample the local dishes and to celebrate my partner's birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive from the start, always kind and ready to accommodate every request. They made sure we wanted for nothing, and we felt welcomed with great care. The food was excellent, with truly tasty and well-prepared local dishes. I had asked in advance if it would be possible to have a birthday cake with candles, and they were very willing to accommodate me, which was far from a given and we greatly appreciated. We absolutely recommend this place, both for the quality of the cuisine and for the kindness and attention to detail. We will definitely be back.

Excellent value for the Tonale ski lifts, private covered and uncovered parking, excellent cuisine, and always smiling staff.

We only visited the hotel’s restaurant twice and ordered eight pizzas each time. All of them were super tasty and the prices were good. Great alternative for dinner if you live in the area.

I can't even begin to describe how I feel when I stay at the Maniero with all the positive adjectives I know. The welcome is exceptional, Raffaele and Giovanna, the girls, and the entire staff... wonderful!!! So much warmth, so much family, without neglecting their professionalism, which I've always found in their work. For breakfast, you'll find many delicious and authentic items, including cakes, biscuits, jams, and bread, all homemade. The restaurant serves excellent quality cuisine with many tasty, local flavors, both in the food and the delicious pizza. The hotel, very characteristic in its simplicity, exudes warmth, always clean and welcoming, with spaces to share with friends or simply to read a book. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean...you are exceptional. And not to be underestimated, Ossana is a small village offering nature and history, allowing you to reach many places to see and discover both summer and winter.

Recommended for the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent food, even with half board you always have plenty of choice, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
