I ate alone at the restaurant and it was fabulous! Great service and food. Staff was very helpful with making wine and grappa recommendations. Get yourself the pine scented semifreddo!

We left Mostizzolo by bike to reach the Il Maniero restaurant, we arrived after about two and a half hours and decided to taste the dishes proposed by the chef. I took the "Castle Plate" and my wife took the "salmon trout fillet. I must say that these two dishes made up for the effort made to get here by bike very well. Very tender meat and fish, very good mushrooms and polenta. Excellent service and very willing to satisfy my crazy requests. Highly recommended.

I stayed at your facility for a total of 5 days. Excellent welcome and friendly staff. Abundant breakfast not to mention equally excellent dinner. Spacious and clean rooms, also available for pets.

Nice place with outdoor seating and convenient parking. Friendly staff and fast service. The platter of cold cuts and cheeses, the sautéed mushrooms and the potato rosti are good.

Splendid mountain hotel in a strategic position away from traffic. The village of Ossana is enchanting, topped by its imposing medieval castle. The location in the center of Val di Sole allows you to reach facilities and routes in just a few minutes. The hotel service is simply impeccable. The restaurant is superb and worth a visit alone, typical traditional and local dishes with great classics and reinterpretations. The staff is hyper-professional, kind and helpful, the owners are hosts who welcome everyone very warmly. The price is more than fair considering the high season. I found myself very well and I hope to return :)

24/07/2024: In giro x i monti di Trento optiamo per questa struttura immersa nel verde, con parcheggio annesso ed una visione panoramica a 360°. Menù tipico da malga a prezzi che però non sono troppo economici anzi (foto allegate), cmq buona qualità delle proposte e della materia prima e nota positiva per le birre. La pecca è il servizio, un pò disorganizzato, mentre il cameriere che ci ha servito non è stato il massimo della professionalità, inoltre tempi di attesa sono stati troppo elevati, dovuti forse ad errori di comanda. Nel complesso una bella struttura che merita un servizio adeguato.
23/07/2024: We went to Jolanda di Savoia for rice and then it was time for lunch,. . . Heraclius' hut in Codigoro (Fe), located a few kilometers away, seemed close to us. We found a lot of kindness, a well-kept place, wonderful staff and an excellent menu. We had lunch with fish and eel of infinite goodness: cooked well, soft, it combined sublimely with the white polenta. Definitely worth returning
