I would have liked to give 6 stars, the elegant and well-kept location is the perfect setting for a refined cuisine, the result is sublime, a fantastic experience that goes well beyond expectations.

The cuisine surprises with unusual yet perfectly executed pairings, like the lentil and hazelnut soup (a must-try!), which showcases the quality of the ingredients. Each dish is carefully crafted, using fresh, high-quality ingredients without being overly complicated. The service is exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming, both in the summer, when you can dine in the garden, and in the winter, when the fireplace creates a warm, intimate atmosphere. The wine selection is also excellent and pairs well with the dishes. I recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking cuisine that offers an elegant yet authentic experience.

The service is impeccable, always accompanied by smiles and kindness: never intrusive, always punctual in the presentation of the dishes. A wonderful discovery during our weekend getaway. It's truly a hidden gem, featuring seasonal, high-quality ingredients. We chose the "Gino e Iolanda" menu, featuring a selection of local dishes reinterpreted with surprising pairings. Impeccable service and a refined, welcoming atmosphere. We hope to return!

It won't be a lunch or dinner, but an experience. It's a journey into tradition, yet far from the ordinary. The location is panoramic on the outside, yet refined and well-kept on the inside. Nothing is left to chance. The customer is at the center, pampered. PS: They even let us take away the leftover bread, which also demonstrates a particular attention to waste.
