13/04/2025: Five stars are not enough! We had dinner at Pane e Cicoria in Veroli and there are no words to describe how impressed we were. The welcome was warm and genuine, we immediately felt at home, even though we came from Calabria. The staff were incredibly kind, and the quality of the dishes really won us over. With every bite you could perceive the careful choice of raw materials and a cuisine that combines tradition and innovation with a perfect balance. Each dish was a discovery, with attention to the smallest details and full of flavour. It was a real pleasure to dine here. If we find ourselves in these parts again in the future, it will certainly be an obligatory stop. From today, Pane e Chicoria has a special place in our hearts.
