February 2024 - Tasting menu rated 11 out of 10, among the best tastings ever done! One dish better than the other, all spectacular. February 2025 - Tasting menu rated 5 out of 10, no dish particularly impressed me, in fact some I didn't like at all. I'm very sorry, I was hoping to be able to relive the same experience.

Superlative experience. The welcome at the entrance was the calling card, then Adriano was super prepared and competent. Sunny and empathetic Isolde and the perfect food. A great team that made the evening unforgettable. The best place we ate in Campiglio

An extraordinary experience, made even more special by the owner Alberto, kind and professional. He guided us in choosing the wines, pairing them perfectly with the dishes and enriching our evening with detailed and passionate explanations. Another truly special touch was when chef Veronica personally came to our table to find out if everything was to our liking: a highly appreciated detail that demonstrates the care and dedication towards her guests and her work. A very pleasant experience, from appetizer to dessert (not necessarily in this order🥰). Local ingredients, perfect dishes, rich wine list, pleasant environment and kind staff. Every year a confirmation.

We ate well beyond our expectations We notice a search for excellence in everything, raw materials, taste, plating.

An innkeeper who knows how to do his job. We booked asking for a table which was confirmed but which was not given to us. To recover we were offered a bottle of Teroldego, excellent. I am fond of the place, I go there at least a couple of times a year and I recommend it to all my friends. The menus are well thought out and detailed. The quality of the raw materials is evidently excellent and the cuisine is always excellent. The pork belly was outstanding. A certainty from MdC! Ps: I can't tell you which table I requested or I can't find it free anymore 😜
