Ristorante Due Pini In Ragoli

I already knew the Due Pini restaurant, having been there several times, and, as always, it was a sure thing. I recently went for dinner with my family and can say without a doubt that it's one of the best restaurants in the area. I must say that the new menu pleasantly surprised me (the restaurant offers culinary "journeys" inspired by the mountain environment, consisting of various courses that can be combined as desired). The service, as always, was impeccable: attentive, courteous, and always ready to satisfy every request, yet never intrusive. The dishes are prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, and the presentation is meticulous. I absolutely recommend trying the river fish and the trio of sorbets for dessert (amazing!). If you find yourself in Madonna di Campiglio, you absolutely must try this place; you won't be disappointed!

A truly enchanting restaurant in the heart of Madonna di Campiglio. The interiors are furnished in traditional Trentino style, with warm wood and authentic details that immediately convey a sense of welcome and familiarity. You can truly feel the warmth of the mountains, both in the atmosphere and the hospitality. The food is top-quality, prepared with great care and respect for the ingredients. The spaghetti with hare is a must-try: well-balanced and perfectly executed. The wine list is also very interesting, extensive and refined. The staff is extremely professional, attentive to the customer without being intrusive. I will definitely return. Recommended!

Very quiet environment: perhaps the volume of the piped music should be raised a little. In case of intolerances, the "not tolerated" dishes should be replaced with something else, not simply eliminated. Serving "partial" dishes without proposing alternatives is not appropriate for a restaurant of this level: Excellent service.

We visited this Michelin recommended restaurant and booked for the tasting menu. This food was amazing but we felt very rushed at the start when our first dishes arrived at the same as the aperotivi. We were underwhelmed by the atmosphere having been taken to a side room where we were the only table for much of the meal.
