Since I got my dog ​​taken from the kennel and very fearful, I created an IG page sendingwithpennypenny to give advice to those like me who travel with their own 🐕. I have tested many structures but this one is truly special... and this is thanks to Nicoletta, the owner of the Solasna farmhouse. She has a particular empathy and sensitivity that manages to put any type of customer at ease, especially furry customers! Excellent cuisine, simple rooms but with everything you need and lots of outdoor space! Location in Val di Sole close to Madonna di Campiglio, Malè and the beautiful Val di Rabbi. Highly recommended for couples, families with children and of course with furry friends in tow. Congratulations Nicoletta, in what you do we can see the love and dedication you feel for your structure. See you soon!

I went to this farmhouse for the first time at the end of year dinner. It was a pleasant surprise: the environment was beautiful, warm and welcoming; excellent food and excellent presentation; Very kind, friendly and all female staff. Super satisfied, I highly recommend it!!

The place is in a great location for viewing. The house is rustic, particular...a true collection of ancient history. The hostess Nicoletta knows how to welcome guests and is truly an excellent cook. The food was excellent... the coffee made with the mocha and the Mayor's water was a real treat... an atmosphere of other times. We were also lucky enough to meet Michele Barbieri, Nicoletta's partner who entertained us with anecdotes and stories, also a bit of a writer...a unique and very nice character...genuine! An agritur that deserves to be seen and experienced. A pleasant day at Solasna 😃

FANTASTIC, it could be enough for a review but, the experience that Nicoletta made us try surpasses all the senses, I returned to the flavors of when I was a child that we no longer remember due to lack of time or our fast way of eating. We were welcomed and hosted in an excellent manner in a location from times gone by which perfectly matches the surrounding area, we tasted everything that the menu offered, from the barley soup with its delicate flavour, the spatzli with red turnip and the dumplings all seasoned with skill with a delicate and never invasive flavour, from the stew with polenta to the platter of local cheeses and cold cuts, accompanied by the famous tortei de potatoes, sublime, crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside, all accompanied by an excellent wine that has never dominated the flavors, then moving on to desserts and here too Nicoletta and her staff hit the mark. An excellently prepared reinterpretation of the apple strudel, then moving on to the panna cotta with berries and here too... Then the coffee rigorously made with the moka, a dive into the excellent and genuine flavors of the past. I wanted to thank Nicoletta and all the staff for their excellent hospitality, for making us feel like FRIENDS before customers. A great place to spend a relaxing holiday. Very nice owners who run the agriturismo with love and conviction. The food is almost entirely from our own or local production and is based on the classic cuisine of Trentino. The area around the house is very picturesque and ideal for hiking. In the valley there is pretty much every water sport that is possible in the mountains or mountain rivers. I was there to cycle and particularly loved the cycle paths in the valley along the Noce River. Nearby are also the Mendel Pass, Passo Tonale etc., which are easily accessible by bike. All in all, together with the Solasna, a top package. Will come back!

Capanna Viote

06/01/2025: Dopo una passeggiata sulla fredda neve del monte Bondone, desideravamo pranzare e rifocillarci al caldo. La capanna Viote costituiva la scelta più comoda ed immediata. Non so tratta di un vero e proprio rifugio di montagna, visto che è molto prossimo alla strada, ma la sensazione quando si entra in questa baita è molto simile. Devo dire che a livello di gestione il personale, anche se molto cortese, non è proprio organizzatissimo e un po' disattento nello scordare alcune comande. La cucina è però davvero ottima e fa perdonare queste piccole mancanze: i canederli in brodo che ho mangiato erano fra i migliori che io abbia mai assaggiato e il cervo in umido cucinato magistralmente, saporito e gustoso (buoni anche i crauti e la polenta). Le porzioni dei primi e dei secondi non sono enormi, mentre sono molto più abbondanti i dolci. Per un normale appetito, anche dopo una giornata all'aria aperta, un secondo e un dessert possono comunque essere più che sufficienti. I prezzi non sono particolarmente bassi rispetto ad altri rifugi, ma anche la qualità del cibo (grazie al fatto di essere piuttosto raggiungibile e a una buona mano in cucina) è sicuramente superiore. Tutto considerato, un'esperienza positiva ed alcuni sapori li ricorderò a lungo con piacere.

La Stua

29/12/2024: La Stua is a typical Trentino restaurant with home cooking. Outside only 4 parking spaces near the entrance. They made us sit in the last internal room which reminded me a lot of my mother's living room and even the chandelier was the same! Regardless of my trip to the past, we ate really well. Typical and genuine cuisine, whose objective is not to take care of the plating but to satisfy the palate and fill the belly. Friendly and fast service. We tasted a grostel, a typical peasant dish: a potato Rosti stuffed with cheese and speck. Then followed by homemade dumplings in broth and my wife with goulash, slightly spicy. I took the deer leg stew with taragna polenta, the meat was very soft. To finish on a sweet note, a slice of buckwheat cake and elderberry ice cream and a slice of mochena braid with vanilla ice cream. We left the restaurant full and satisfied with the excellent dinner and the not too salty bill. Goodbye Levico!
28/12/2024: From the outside it may seem like a simple mountain restaurant, even quite small and spartan, but inside it has plenty of space, a well-kept environment and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We really liked the first courses and also the typical Rostel. The Treccia Mochena is delicious. Ps, the quantity of dishes for celiacs is also commendable!
