For those who wish, a modest buffet is also available while waiting for the meat round to begin. Worthy of praise is the owner's belief that during the dinner (15 August, mid-August) he covered every possible role: welcoming customers, setting and clearing tables, taking orders, waiter, cashier and children's entertainer... all by himself (together with the chef in kitchen) to manage around forty seats always with a smile on his face!
