Don’t know why Google says I’m a local guide, I was a visiting tourist. As usual, we found the best spot for dinner on the last night of our stay. I had grilled chicken with delicious cooked greens on top, and my husband had an impressive burger. The house red wine was delicious and the waiter was a charming young man from one of the “stans” who luckily for us was studying English in Cassino. We really enjoyed our meals and we loved the little free treat of liqueurs to try! Can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended.

In the historic center, very popular. Very good and friendly staff. Mrs. Elena (if I remember correctly) is very kind and welcoming. We took a romanella that my husband really liked, he found it very light and pleasant. It's a pastry with cream and black cherry. I had a giant fried donut, very soft and good. My son had a baked chocolate brioches. The hood, the excellent coffee. Really happy. If I return to Cassino we will definitely stop in this bar again. They also do quick meals. Prices not high. Kudos to the welcoming staff.

After visiting the Montecassino Abbey, we found this place by chance while we were looking for something to eat for lunch, since it was 2.30pm on a Sunday and it was very hot outside. We were greeted kindly and within a few minutes we received our order, preceded by 4 kindly offered tomato bruschettas. Really plentiful and tasty sandwiches, with good quality/price ratio. Quiet and welcoming place, atmosphere of times gone by. Thanks to the owner who, after paying the bill, offered our girls the sweets, letting them choose freely from those on sale (he had also asked us if we liked coffee or something else). A spontaneous and unexpected kindness that made our experience at the Rickshaw bar even more pleasant.
