I can only give 5 stars to this pastry shop......and if there were more I would give them!!!! I went on Monday evening to buy a strudel to take home but bad luck they had run out of them. The next day they were closed and unfortunately I would have had to leave again because I don't live in the Fiera. The lady, very kind, offered to go to the nearby workshop and ask her brother to prepare one, then offering to bring it directly to the hotel. Beyond the undoubted qualities of the strudel (it was delicious!!!), I would also and above all like to point out the kindness, understanding and professionalism of the owner who, in addition to doing me a great favor, went out of her way to get it to me outside of hours and on time. maximum. The best pastry shop in the whole valley and the nearby mountains. Starting with the pastries and almond cake for the morning breakfast. Fantastic sacher and strudel. There is nothing better than Simion, be on the safe side. Good tasting of exceptional sweets.
