Excellent pizza dough with a large crust but not chewy. The calzones are also well stuffed and cooked correctly.
The place is dated although partly modernized but still clean and tidy.

Restaurant with typical dishes and seasonal proposals. Quality products (excellent guinea fowl and pumpkin, chestnut and mushroom pie). Friendly and welcoming staff. The only flaw is the absence of a children's menu. However I recommend it.

Excellent pizza today with the new management of the Cappelletti family. As far as I'm concerned, the best pizza dough on the plateau, with really interesting combinations of high-end ingredients.
The cuisine and the wine selection are no exception.

Warm and welcoming environment, extremely helpful and friendly staff, with that hint of confidence that never hurts but rather makes you feel more welcome. Excellent and plentiful food. Highly recommended if you pass through Folgaria

Pizzeria/Restaurant located on the western edge of Folgaria, a place on the edge of the town that divides the center from a fantastic walk in the woods which, if taken just before sunset, can provide exciting moments... just as the refined ingredients are "exciting" in the Cappelletti restaurant, from pizza to restaurant.
For the pizzeria we find a cured dough left to rest for the right amount of time, (ask and you will be told by the pizza chef Federico...)...dough accompanied by Italian products, not just local, all worthy of note cooked in the traditional wood oven .
The restaurant on the other hand, depending on the period, offers simple but very refined dishes and the menu offers some "goodies", I would say unique to the place (try the Umbrian truffle and the meat - ask Guido and he will tell you about it)
To accompany the dishes there is a good choice of local craft beers from the #BARBAFORTE Brewery, the classic Forst, a good selection of wines and you can also find excellent and refined spirits (including my favorite Rivo gin).
The venue:
it is simple, well-kept and clean, also considering that the Cappelletti brothers have been managing this location for a short time and perhaps some details are not exactly in tune with their style. However simple and pleasant.
The dining room staff is helpful and courteous.
Waiting times are normal both in season and out of season.
Reservation:
divided into two shifts 7.00/.30 or 21.

internal or external.
Parking:
limited, it is recommended to park near the municipal playground located in via del Parco and walk 5 minutes (just before the restaurant coming from Folgaria).
Personally I believe that this place deserves 5 stars and is the best restaurant/pizzeria in the country.
...also nothing to do with other places in the centre...
