The pizza was very good and soft. I had the calzone, one of the best I've had in Italy.
The tomato puree on the plate was super useful for covering the unfilled crust.
Easy to digest and not too salty, highly recommended!
The only drawbacks: the place was too hot inside and parking was difficult nearby.

It's an evening like any other in Folgaria... you're looking for a place to eat good pizza and you're amazed by a menu that's truly unique in a mountain village, so... I try the hamburger, one of several on the menu...!

The best pizza in Folgaria, simply. Vintage and old-fashioned decor complements a perfect pizza (and I say this as a Neapolitan), and prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a quiet evening with a good pizza, no frills, and a relaxed chat, this is the place for you.

Always nice to eat a pizza from you
Let me start by saying that I'm Neapolitan and I've eaten and rated pizzas everywhere. I got 3 takeaway pizzas: 1 Margherita, 1 prosciutto/mushroom and 1 Serranda. I can assure you that it's rare to eat them this good. Prices are normal. Compliments to the 2 guys who were at the oven yesterday. So much stuff!!

Great attention to quality ingredients, a good variety of local products, and unique pairings. The dough is melting and easy to digest.
The pizza is excellent, but the pizza chefs are even better...highly recommended 👍
