Fabulous pizzeria! Not to be missed if you're in Folgaria or the surrounding area. Quality ingredients and easy-to-digest dough. Perfectly cooked, impeccable, and friendly service. Homemade desserts every day. A well-stocked beer selection. Bravo!!!

I highly recommend it! Besides the truly welcoming atmosphere, you can sense the care taken in choosing the ingredients, including the burger bun, which is homemade (and you can taste it completely different from the others). I tried the vegan pizza, which says it all: making a good pizza without mozzarella means having a good dough, great topping ideas, good ingredients, and a skilled pizza chef!

Last night my wife and I can honestly say we ate two amazing pizzas. We found the corn dough to be exceptionally palatable, textured, and digestible. The ingredients were top-notch, too! The unfiltered beer was also delicious.

The pizza is certainly good, and some are truly special. Unfortunately, the service, while courteous and quick, isn't very welcoming: sometimes in Folgaria, I've had the impression that tourists are tolerated...perhaps a few more smiles...the place is welcoming and well-kept, but avoid the upstairs dining room because it's very hot.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The place is dog-friendly, and you absolutely have to book before you go. The pizza is Neapolitan, so the crust is cooked to perfection. The ingredients are top-quality, and even though we ate it in the evening, we digested it without any problems. I recommend trying their combinations, which are very unique and worth the price. The staff is also a plus: friendly and helpful. We arrived with a dog and asked to sit outside to breathe in the mountain air and be quiet. They checked the table, and luckily, some people had moved inside, so they quickly set a table for us.

Stylistically, there's a bit of a blurring of identity between the rooms, but these days, fluidity is in fashion 😂 Jokes aside, the dinner was delicious and the service was very welcoming; definitely recommended.

The pizza was very good and soft. I had the calzone, one of the best I've had in Italy. The tomato puree on the plate was super useful for covering the unfilled crust. Easy to digest and not too salty, highly recommended! The only drawbacks: the place was too hot inside and parking was difficult nearby.
