An exceptional family hotel, where the atmosphere and feeling of being at home are its strong points. Andrea is a great owner, along with his brother, the chef, who prepares excellent food. Well done, we'll be back.

We had a wonderful night at Andrea's and his family's place. The food of their restaurant was so well cooked, you can feel that they know the food they serve, that the recipes are coming from a local and familly tradition, fresh made. So delicious. The room was really sweet and our guests were very welcoming. The family atmosphere that comes out of this hotel makes you feel like you're not staying in a hotel but in local people's house. We like everything we saw, ate and every person we met. Special thanks to Andrea's mother, a true italian mamma like we love to have made our stay such a lovely moment.

We returned to Corte dei Toldi for the second year in a row, and we couldn't help but write a short review to share our experience. The rooms are gorgeous, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The cuisine is indescribable, with an excellent attention to detail and raw materials, a refinement of local products and traditions...the true, ancient ones, not the ones for the average tourist. Andrea is an exceptional host, conveying his passion for his profession with simplicity and grace, and the kitchen produces little masterpieces for the eyes and the palate. Highly recommended!

I have some experience in the restaurant business, since I am a chef, and I must say that since I retired I like to travel a lot, I put the Corte dei Toldi among the five best in absolute terms, in Trentino. Competence education refinement of the herbs that the forest offers, to the wines, to the grappas, to the truly special jams. I recommend this place to everyone for the particularity and goodness of the cuisine, made with love, and to satisfy customers who if they understand cooking, they will surely come back, as my wife and I do.

We spent a night in the Leonardo suite: a warm and welcoming wooden room, a very comfortable and spacious trapezoidal bathtub and a bathrobe and slippers provided. We had dinner in the facility, and the menu included several dishes based on local raw materials. I must say, one was really better than the other, accompanied by Andrea's service, always available and courteous. The breakfast was also very good with many options, from sweet to savory.

Ristorante al Vo'

04/05/2025: A dicembre, eravamo già stati a Trento ed avevamo pranzato al Ristorante Al Vo’. L’esperienza era stata ottima e pertanto, in occasione di una nuova puntata a Trento (in occasione del Trento Film Festival), siamo anche ritornati a pranzare in questa storica Osteria. Verificato che anche al sabato a pranzo sono aperti, ne abbiamo approfittato. Anche questa volta tutto molto bene. Il consueto pienone, la solita gentile accoglienza, un menù tradizionale eccellente. IL servizio é rapido ma curato, il locale é gradevole, accogliente, pulito. I piatti ottimi, i prezzi contenuti. Assolutamente un punto fermo e, per quanto ci riguarda, sono certo che torneremo a gustare i loro caratteristici piatti. Una sottolineatura per i dolci: assolutamente da non perdere.

Chalet rifugio al faggio

07/10/2024: tutto molto bello ..location .. cibo... personale Abbiamo pranzato in una sala che solo quella meritava un 10 e lode. Gli antipasti erano eccezionali per non parlare del gulasch... Eravamo in vacanza a Pieve di Ledro ----Siamo stati consigliati da gente che c'era già stata...ci siamo fidati ed il risultato è stato appagante... E
12/09/2024: Ormai sono cinque anni che a settembre veniamo da queste parti a fare le vacanze e ogni volta non manchiamo di mangiare almeno una volta in questo rifugio / ristorante in Val de Concei. Cibo di qualità, cortesia e prezzi allineati con quello che ti offrono ne fanno ormai un passaggio fisso per la mia famiglia / e amici. Al di fuori del ristorante si può anche fare un percorso molto interessante nel bosco ....nel complesso un'esperienza veramente piacevole che consiglio vivamente.
