We had dinner at the restaurant. Excellent service with various tastings and a suggestive location. The first course with deer and mushroom ragout is excellent, the strangolapreti are good.

Very beautiful and characteristic, the table is very well looked after. Local products, excellent, expertly cooked and presented in an enchanting way. The only thing that left me perplexed is the way to attract the customer and win him over with "welcome tasting", "greeting from the kitchen" and the coffee sweets that no one ordered and offered as if they were free samples, only to then discover which were anything but complimentary!

Lovely place! The rooms are furnished according to the theme they belong to: sport, art, science, music. The furnishings are taken care of down to the smallest details. The staff were friendly and helpful. In addition to the rooms, it is possible to use the tavern where you can eat typical dishes with a delicate taste that takes you back to traditional flavours.

Had lunch with my wife Two appetizers I pepa chijauda excellent cured meats and cheeses soggy focaccia my wife pancetta dandelion rolls not good Two good first courses, not exceptional, two glasses of wine, water or everything at a cost of 100 euros, a price easily found on the menu although in my opinion excessive in terms of quality/price ratio. Very nice place and very elegant mise en placr.

Two appetizers, I pepa chijauda (excellent cured meats and cheeses while the focaccia was soggy) my wife dandelion rolls, bacon not good Two second courses: pork meatballs and sea bass fillets (good), two glasses of wine and still water Value for money in my opinion excessive but imaginable given that the prices were indicated on the menu Very nice place and elegant mise en place.

31/08/2024: Con qualche attenzione in più potrebbe migliorare parecchio. La location ha due facce. Dentro piccolo ma molto bello, fuori non l'ho trovato per niente invitante. Piatti tipici trentini fatti bene. La qualità l'ho trovata molto buona. Il servizio cordiale e veloce ma una cosa non mi è piaciuta. Sapendo che miei bambini non sono mangioni ho chiesto quanto fosse grande la cotoletta ordinata. Mi spiaceva pagare qualcosa che poi sarebbe avanzata. Dalle informazioni ricevute ne abbiamo ordinate due che puntualmente erano più grandi ed altrettanto puntualmente sono state mangiate a metà. Il prezzo per me è alto. Gli strangolapreti si è no 10 a 12 euro sono un furto. Mia mamma è trentina e anni fa quando riusciva ancora me li faceva. So bene cosa serve per farli. Nel complesso è un bel posto e si mangia bene ma il prezzo non lo giustifico. Troppo caro.
