The passion of the owner-manager is evident in the selection of nature's fruits and in the preparation of foods and spirits, as well as in the wise choice of wines to pair with the dishes.

We only had lunch, with first courses and cuts of meat, I consider the level of the dishes to be medium, the initial entrees offered were interesting.
But what lowers the average a lot is the service, which is truly inattentive and rude. You could tell they didn't want to do what they did.

We only ate at the restaurant and it was a remarkable experience. The place is very characteristic and well-kept. A huge choice of wines and many liqueurs made by them. Truly a great experience

La prima volta siamo venuti per curiosità: li avevamo visti in tv e volevamo provare la loro cucina. Da allora torniamo ogni volta che veniamo in Valle. Andrea è sempre gentile e attento, la cucina gustosa, soddisfacente senza cascare in piatti troppo elaborati. Il locale è piccino, caldo, tipicamente trentino. Sa di casa ed è accogliente come una casa. Non c'è mai confusione, neanche quando tutti i coperti sono occupati. Nessun effetto mensa (che odio), ma quiete, buoni vini e birre e buoni piatti. Non può mai mancare la tagliata di cervo, con la loro salsa al rabarbaro spettacolare e la chiusura con la mia adorata grappa al cirmolo!

We had dinner at the restaurant. Excellent service with various tastings and a suggestive location. The first course with deer and mushroom ragout is excellent, the strangolapreti are good.
