La prima volta siamo venuti per curiosità: li avevamo visti in tv e volevamo provare la loro cucina. Da allora torniamo ogni volta che veniamo in Valle. Andrea è sempre gentile e attento, la cucina gustosa, soddisfacente senza cascare in piatti troppo elaborati. Il locale è piccino, caldo, tipicamente trentino. Sa di casa ed è accogliente come una casa. Non c'è mai confusione, neanche quando tutti i coperti sono occupati. Nessun effetto mensa (che odio), ma quiete, buoni vini e birre e buoni piatti. Non può mai mancare la tagliata di cervo, con la loro salsa al rabarbaro spettacolare e la chiusura con la mia adorata grappa al cirmolo!

We had dinner at the restaurant. Excellent service with various tastings and a suggestive location. The first course with deer and mushroom ragout is excellent, the strangolapreti are good.

Very beautiful and characteristic, the table is very well looked after. Local products, excellent, expertly cooked and presented in an enchanting way. The only thing that left me perplexed is the way to attract the customer and win him over with "welcome tasting", "greeting from the kitchen" and the coffee sweets that no one ordered and offered as if they were free samples, only to then discover which were anything but complimentary!

Lovely place! The rooms are furnished according to the theme they belong to: sport, art, science, music. The furnishings are taken care of down to the smallest details. The staff were friendly and helpful. In addition to the rooms, it is possible to use the tavern where you can eat typical dishes with a delicate taste that takes you back to traditional flavours.
