Breakfast opens a little late, at 8. Dinner is sometimes very long, because they wait to serve everyone together, but often people arrive at different times... so the times get longer. Apart from this I find that the kitchen and hotel maintenance have improved a lot in the last year.

We were really happy. To leave an objective review you must also understand how much you paid, it is normal that I cannot expect to have a five-star suite by paying for a three-star one. For what we paid we were really happy with the hotel. The staff was kind, the owner helped us with everything even though we had a 4 year old girl who is anything but calm, the spa was very beautiful, everything was suitable and family-friendly. Clean rooms with everything you need. Dinner was plentiful and the food good. The very nice animator. I repeat, really happy.

Prevented game, having read many negative reviews, I must say that our family had a great time. Standard rooms with all comforts, warm and clean, very good and plentiful food. Spa and swimming pool also with hydromassage are splendid after a day spent skiing. All the staff, including the owner, very kind and helpful. The entertainer was very nice with the children and also with the adults, always offering us different activities. A big thank you to everyone and we will certainly be back

Free parking on both sides of the hotel. The hotel lobby makes a nice impression, the staff is polite and helpful. There is an elevator, it is clean and warm. Mini rooms with a terrace or balcony. Standard equipment: wardrobes, desk, TV, safe, cleaned every day. Comfortable mattresses. Mini bathrooms with tight cabins, bidets and forced ventilation. There was never a shortage of hot water. Ski room with a professional drying room. The shoes are warm. Next to the ski room there is a spacious recreation room for adults and children. Relax in the SPA zone from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Jacuzzi, unfortunately, only with lukewarm water, swimming pool with musical animations. Mini corner with a gym. Two small dry saunas, one larger steam sauna. The canteen is huge, no one will leave breakfast hungry. Dinner definitely too late at 7:30 p.m.! Salad buffet and two dishes to choose from. Child portions, tasty, and finally dessert. In our opinion / 9 people / negative opinions about the hotel are greatly exaggerated. Whatever was wrong, after reporting to the reception, the defect or inconvenience was removed. I recommend.
