The food quality, while not excellent, is far better than that of the old fast food joints. Service is fast, prices are moderate to high. The introduction of vegetarian options is also a good thing.

We spent 8 days in Ostia, and on our third day we decided to try a different restaurant. Big mistake! We ended up coming back to Old Wild West, and from then on it became our favorite place. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything was served quickly. Every visit was a great experience. The only small downside was the people walking around trying to sell roses to customers. It can be a bit annoying, but I understand that’s probably not something the restaurant can control. Highly recommended if you’re in Ostia!

Steak for under €20, kitchen open until after 11 pm, simply fantastic!

I often go there with friends. The place is very quaint, well-decorated, and the table service is quite fast. The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait a bit before you can sit down because they're all busy. The food quality is always good, the portions are generous, and the price is fair, with a variety of beers (including craft beers) to choose from. Free peanuts are a treat. I didn't give it 5 stars because last week (April 30, 2018), for the first time, we ordered home delivery through the Moovendo app and noticed that the portions were much smaller than when you order the same dishes to eat in. We hope it was just a one-time oversight and that it doesn't happen again. In any case, I recommend it as a place to enjoy good food in good company, both meat and other dishes!

I can only go by what I ate. I had a burger, which was very tasty. Then I had a pan of beans, which unfortunately weren't so tasty for me.
