Outside is a street food kiosk selling kebabs.
The interior is reserved for those who order (also) the cut. Very spartan place: basic structure in canvas and tubes, uneven flooring, plastic tables and chairs, paper napkins, disposable cups. Acceptable waiting times from ordering.
Two types of meat for the cut, served on a wooden cutting board with a bed of mixed salad and grilled bread: scottona (more ordinary) and t-bone (marbled and matured). In this second case, after a passage on the griddle, it is prepared in a very choreographic way on the trolley in front of the customers' table. The owner has no difficulty in providing, to his satisfaction, explanations about the animal of origin.
The t-bone is truly exceptional. Those who love meat, if they don't try this dish, have lost something: you need to try it at least once in your life.
The intense and delicious taste, and the extreme tenderness of the meat, compensate a thousand times for the absolute basicity of the place.
2.5* skewers (well made, tasty meat even if a little tough), 3* spiral fried potatoes (choreographic, well flavored even if slightly oily), 5* with honors t-bone (worldwide from raw and cooked ).

19/10/2024: Very good evening in this establishment: very warm welcome and service. we ate very well the meat is certainly perhaps a little expensive but frankly when you eat it you quickly forget the price: a treat ☺️☺️☺️ we also recommend the very good arrusticceria red wine
