The building and rooms are very beautiful, I'd say 5 stars. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the spa is complete with everything you need. Personally, I'd prefer the water to be warmer, especially in the outdoor areas. The food is delicious, but the portions are a bit small. I appreciate the buffet with bread, vegetables, and other local products like cheese and speck. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful weekend, highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with quality products. The only downside is that the spa was only accessible for 2 hours due to the number of guests.

My partner and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for a weekend. We'd never been to Folgaria before, so we decided to treat ourselves to this gem for our anniversary. I really want to give it a shout-out: the facility is impeccable, the room is wonderful, clean, and equipped with every comfort, the spa is wonderful, allowing you to truly unwind and recharge while enjoying the peaceful mountain views, and the food is impeccable and top-quality. We were truly satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. But the real highlight, in my opinion, is the staff, incredibly kind and friendly. I frequent a lot of hotels, and I've never encountered staff like them. Special praise goes to the waiters; specifically, we were often served by Youssef and Arcangelo, who were kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a break in nature. It's worth it, and we'll definitely be back. The only thing I'd like to point out is that more attention should be paid to ensuring spa reservations are adhered to and, above all, to maintaining quiet. But this, of course, often depends on the guests' manners, not the staff. See you next year!!

Three very relaxing days. The spa was exceptional.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, where everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Special thanks to the manager, a highly professional yet equally courteous and helpful person. He makes guests feel at ease, ensuring nothing is left to chance. The food was excellent, on par with Michelin-starred restaurants, with impeccable service. The spa and staff were also top-notch! A relaxing weekend, definitely worth repeating!

I stayed in this fantastic paradise for 5 days, and they seemed too few, because as we know, good things end quickly. The location is strategic, just a stone's throw from the center and the bus stop. The spa is wonderful, especially the outdoor area nestled in the mountains. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially the restaurant manager, Emanuele, who treated us with kid gloves, ensuring we lacked nothing. The chef is very talented and creative. Excellent experience, total relaxation, good food, even for those with intolerances and allergies, and great attention. For the spa treatments and services, Sonia really made me relax with her hands, after an excellent detoxifying mud treatment. She was kind and attentive, as well as excellent at giving the massage, which she customizes based on what she feels you need. A top experience for relaxing and unwinding. I'll definitely be back.

A couple's weekend getaway. The staff were courteous and helpful, always welcoming and ready to accommodate guests' requests. The spa was excellent, offering a variety of treatments and environments, both indoor and outdoor. It would be perfect if the spa area were open all day, but guests can access it several times a day. Variety of breakfast options, with table service for hot drinks, prepared by the staff.

Extraordinary facility! The young, energetic staff is attentive to every guest's needs. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-finished. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Kudos to the kitchen and the wait staff. The wellness center was fabulous! Despite the crowds, the spacious rooms and the wide variety of amenities didn't detract from the quality of the experience. Highly recommended!
