14/11/2023: Excellent dining experience. Fradis Minoris is characterized by a menu full of local specialities. I tried the seafood tasting menu and was satisfied. The flavors were new and I noticed the attention to detail. The service was also excellent, in particular the waitress who served us, who was very attentive and precise in describing the dishes and paying attention to our lunch. The star is absolutely deserved and I really had a great experience, I only have a few personal notes to make on the portions, even having been to other starred restaurants. Some portions were really small and as you can see from the photos the pasta, octopus and grouper were very small, for a meal in which with wine and coffee tasting for 4 euros we spent 180 euros each I don't think it is necessary to save on these portions, I would definitely have eaten a little more, I'm not one who likes to fill up excessively but I must say that all four of us left still hungry. The dessert was fantastic but not very substantial, at the end of the meal I would have preferred something with more structure. The seaweed bread is exceptional, it should be more present and not just a small portion. With some changes I would go back, but it doesn't take away from the excellent work done. I hope the star is confirmed, they deserve it.
