A fairytale location, immersed in the mountains and the starting point for reaching the Tonini refuge which unfortunately has not yet resumed its function. This year I wasn't able to visit it because it had already closed but the other years, with the management of Andrea and his family, I always found a friendly relationship that welcomed you.

Capitati li dopo una passeggiata!!!!! Luogo molto accogliente,menù molto variegato,piatti abbondanti e buoni(sarà stato perché avevo tanto appetito)!!!! Personale gentilissimo ed atletico!!!!!!!! BUONA MEZZA MARATONA A CHI LA DISPUTERÀ!!!!! Un amichevole saluto,spero di ritornarci!!!!!!!!

Luogo con un panorama bellissimo. Il ristorante serve classici piatti trentini tutti squisitissimi con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le ragazze della sala e i gestori della malga giovanissimi, solari e molto cordiali. Non vedo l'ora di ritornare.

Ci siamo capitati x caso andando x sentieri e abbiamo incontrato un posto veramente carino ben servito e con personale benché il locale fosse pieno molto attento il piatto principale composto da polenta e formaggio con spezzatino fagioli e crauti e oltre che economico sontuoso consiglio a chi a voglia di visuali e tranquillità

Ci siamo tornati a distanza di due anni. Posto molto suggestivo immerso nelle montagne del trentino con vista sulle dolomiti del Brenta. Abbiamo ordinato il piatto del malgaro e a tutti è piaciuto. Ho letto che ha cambiato gestione ed infatti non ho visto in vendita i soliti prodotti caseari. Non dò 5 stelle perchè tutti ci aspettavamo che nel menu venisse proposto lo stinco di maiale, un must irrinunciabile a mio vedere

Passeggiando in moto dalla Valle dei Mocheni a Passo Redebus, ci siamo imbattuti in questo agriturismo/malga. Che dire, location tranquilla e gestita da ragazzi/e professionali e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo con porzioni veramente abbondanti. Se passate di qui, fatevi un giro: consigliato!!!

30/10/2023: Ristorante molto bello e arredato con gusto, servizio perfetto...personale gentile, ti fa sentire a casa. Ho mangiato i canederli e mi sono piaciuti tantissimo, prezzi nella norma. Ci tornerei volentieri, peccato di non essere di Trento!
15/10/2023: Another excellent meal at Il Libertino, which continues to deliver a delicious modernised and lightened version of the Trentino cuisine. Stars of the day were an exemplary risotto with pumpkin and baccalà (salt cod), the salt cod mousse with polenta (yes we love the way chef Assunta prepares cod!), and an unbelievably moist rabbit with mushrooms and polenta. But also lovely were the tonnarelli with sausage and local broccoli, and a dish of pumpkin and cheese sauce. Desserts never disappoint here, with a sort of "parfait tiramisu" making an impression. Service is friendly and hard-working, capable of dealing well with even a very full room. The owner, always present, brings personality and manages everything with quiet competence and professionalism - he's a wine expert and will be able to advise you well on the the large and impressive wine list. Prices are fair.

03/01/2024: We stayed here as a family with 3 teenagers. The staff at the hotel were fantastic from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. We were given great recommendations on treks, skiing, eating and more. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing. The menu features fresh local produce, prepared by world class chefs and the dishes were some of the best we have eaten. We strongly recommend Hotel del Sogno for anyone looking for a great mountain experience in the Dolomites.
