Excellent food , atmosphere and service

Decent first courses (nothing exceptional), stringy mixed roast meat.

We didn't have a good lunch and let me explain: we ordered over a platter of salami..... And 4 beef steaks, although it's true that we asked for them to be cooked, but absolutely not raw. The problem arose when eating them, I couldn't identify the flavour, looking out the kitchen window I noticed that everything is cooked on a grill, meat, chicken, pork steaks, sausage, vegetables and so on, all this alters the flavours.

I had a nice experience (definitely worth repeating) in this restaurant. I was there on Sunday 8 May for Mother's Day... obviously I had booked in advance!!! 😀 Unfortunately as soon as I arrived, the tables were already full and the staff were very busy... so I had to ask where my table was and, after receiving directions, we went there. The very kind waitresses apologized for the confusion, left us the menu and took the order (as soon as we were ready). There were certainly delays in the delivery of the starters / first courses / second courses / water / white wine... even without an ice basket... but I don't feel like penalizing the restaurant or the staff, but at most I would recommend using a smaller menu during the holidays in order to cut down on waiting times... although, in my opinion, I ate really well... and with the excuse of the long wait, we managed to chat for a bit. In the end, for me it was a good experience and I will definitely go back maybe on a non-holiday day 😉 I came back for the pinsa... Really excellent!!!

Locale vicino al casello autostradale di Frosinone, molto comodo per chi è in viaggio e non ha voglia di panini costosi dell'autogrill. Una bella scoperta, abbiamo mangiato bene in tre (io, moglie e figlia) e pagato il giusto: Abbiamo preso un fritto misto comprendente un supplì, zucchine e melanzane fritte e quelle che noi chiamiamo pettole; A seguire tre primi: - Spaghetti (chiamati fini fini) semplici al pomodoro e basilico. Buoni e con pomodoro veramente fresco; - Pappardelle (o tagliatelle) alla ciociara. Condimento ricco. - Tonnarelli (degli spaghetti con spessore quadrato e ben al dente) cacio e pepe. Non eccessivamente carichi di pepe o sapidità, un condimento abbondante e non stucchevole. Come secondo ci siamo divisi una entrecote di cottura tra il sangue e il medio. Bevande comprendevano acqua e coca cola grande. Scontrino da 63 euro. Complimenti ai gestori.
