Two of us showed up without a reservation, and they found us a spot right away. Excellent food, good house wine, and a bill of €35 each. The dessert was fabulous!

We dined at this restaurant five evenings during our vacation in Levico Terme. We chose it because we needed a gluten-free menu, but we returned for the traditional Trentino cuisine and the family atmosphere.
Almost all the dishes on the menu were gluten-free or well-adapted for celiacs, and only a few required a surcharge (justified by the high-quality gluten-free ingredients).
We tried almost everything and were never disappointed.
Excellent value.
Very helpful staff.
We always booked, so I recommend it.

A small, rustic, and well-maintained family-run restaurant. Friendly and welcoming staff, truly delicious food, and reasonable prices. Typical local cuisine. Recommended!

Typical local cuisine. We booked an hour in advance but found a table for two without any problems (Thursday evening). Friendly staff welcomed us immediately, giving our dog some water. Very good dishes, a fantastic trio of first courses. Grilled Dobbiaco cheese with vegetables was delicious. The Mochena braid was fabulous. Prices were average.

Il ristorante si trova a Levico Terme, non troppo lontano dal lago. Ha pochi coperti quindi consiglio la prenotazione.
Il locale è informato AIC. Il menù è abbastanza limitato ma con prodotti tipici. Io ho preso degli strangolapreti senza glutine molto buoni ed un tortello di patate che invece non mi ha entusiasmato.
L’unica pecca sono i prezzi, un po’ alti soprattutto in relazione alle quantità servite.

Senza dubbio posso dire che sia stata una delle cene più apprezzate in assoluto!!!
Un paradiso per chi come me ha problemi di intolleranze ( io sono celiaca) e non sempre è facile trovare un ristorante che abbia svariate scelte sulle varie portate.
Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, dall’antipasto al dolce ci siamo immersi nel sapori tipici del Trentino.
Le quantità erano super abbondanti e prezzi onestissimi.
Le ragazze del ristorante sono state veramente gentilissime e posso dire che ci siamo sentiti a casa.
Probabilmente sarei in grado di rifarmi 300 km anche solo per andare a cenare alla STUA 🫶🏼♥️
