We met with some friends for dinner, to try this sushi experience with this fusion proposal. The combinations that identify the restaurant are interesting, as the dishes are influenced by products such as truffles. Impeccable service, attentive and always present, ready to intervene if necessary. The sore point is the restaurant environment: industrial, minimal, with a predominant gray tone, without any reference to Japan. The chefs' counter is beautiful and allows you to watch the preparations. Quality products but slightly expensive prices. The menu is interesting and includes some wagyu meat dishes. Very nice and talented chef with the Japanese bandana!
